これではカルロスゴーンが逃げるのも当然です。「東京地裁刑事第三部裁判官 岡部豪」は「裁判」の「証人制度」さえも否定するのです。彼は私を逮捕・勾留をして「公判」を行います。彼は保釈請求を全て棄却した。「公判」で、「証人」は警察の調書の内容を否定します。しかし「裁判官 岡部」は「証人」の「証言」を採用しません。証人は私を「怖がって」いた、それで「嘘の証言」をしたように見えた。証人は宣誓をして証言をしています。裁判官は「力ずく=By force」で「有罪」を「決定」するのです。

「しかし、事実については、「はっきり」と言ったつもりです」。
裁判官は、「”意見以外”のところ」は「言いづらく」はないですか。
証人は答えた。
「どうしても「私の推測」が「入ってしまう部分」がある。
それで「その部分」は「言いづらい」です。
裁判官は質問する。「推測以外の部分」は、「はっきり」と言えるんですか。
証人は、「はい」と「明確」に答えた。
すなわち、証人が「私」の前では、話しにくい等という発言をした事実はない。
むしろ、事実については、明確に証言をしている。証人は「断言」をしている。
しかし岡部は「検察に不利な証言」を無視する。
私は毎月、保釈を申請しました。
しかし私は1年以上、毎月、保釈を棄却されました。
東京高裁に控訴をして、地裁から高裁の裁判官に」書類の引き継ぎ」が終わる、と、
私は６月２４日、高裁の裁判官により「保釈」されました。
私は「告訴状=criminal complaint」を「公開」します。
東京地検特捜は、「告訴状=criminal complaint」を何度も、提出しても受理しません。
彼らは「警察官や検察官」の犯罪ばかりではなく、
彼らは「裁判官」も「無罪 」にします。

しかし「日本は法の下で統治されていない」ので無視しています。
日本の政治は北朝鮮よりも酷いものです。
