中国の不動産開発大手、中国恒大集団の電気自動車（ＥＶ）部門は、一部従業員の給料の支払いが滞っているほか、工場の設備機器納入業者への支払いが遅延している。事情に詳しい複数の関係者が明らかにした。親会社の債務危機が不動産以外の事業にも波及していることがうかがわれる。

中国の不動産大手『恒大集団』は23日、社債の一部の利払い期限を迎えました。創業者は利払い期限を前に22日、このような指示を出したといわれています。
創業者・許家印氏：「止まっている建設工事を再開し、予定通りに引き渡すことは会社の義務だ。投資家への支払いを断固として実行しなければならない」

恒大集団のマンションの建設に関わっている人を取材しました。
建設労働者：「私たちスタッフは、合計で6800億円分の金融商品を買っている。事態がうまくいくことを願っている。工事は正常に戻った」

北京市郊外の恒大グループのマンション建設現場ですが、建設労働者は、「工事は元に戻った」と話しますが、今のところ重機が動いている気配はありません。

「中国当局が恒大集団による嵐に備えるよう、地方政府に指示を出した」という報道もあります。

注目となっている23日の利払いは、どうなったのでしょうか。
テレビ朝日中国総局・李志善記者：「現時点で利払いが行われたという情報は入っていないが、恒大グループ側と社債を保有する側とで水面下で何らかの交渉があり、“問題が先送りされたのではないか”という指摘がある。
