ティエリー・ブルトン委員は『戦争経済態勢』に移行することが絶対に必要だ」と主張した。「ドイツの国防相」は記者団に「欧州経済を戦争状態とするのは、やりすぎだ」。「ＥＵやドイツ」は、ロシアと「戦争」しているわけで、ない。そのとおりだ。

フランスは過去にナイジェリアを植民地にした歴史があるので、アルジェリアはフランスに好意的ではない。「イタリアとドイツ」は「ナイジェリア以外」のアフリカに植民地を「所有」していた。

イタリアは、アルジェリアから天然ガスの供給を受けることができた。アルジェリアから見ると、イタリアは「直接の加害国」ではないからだろう。

しかし、ウクライナ戦争がこのまま数十年つづくならば、「フランス・イタリア・ドイツ」は西側から離れて、政治国は中立の国になるべきだろう。

そうなれば、当然、アメリカは「フランス・イタリア・ドイツ」を潰しにかかるだろうが、ロシアの「エネルギー資源・鉱物資源」は絶対に「必要」。

「エネルギー資源・鉱物資源」そして食料があれば、アメリカの「嫌がらせ」にも耐える国になることができる。「フランス・イタリア・ドイツ」はアフリカや中南米の市場を開拓できる。

「アルジェリアの特別地帯」は「フランス・イタリア・ドイツ」が共同で運営する「世界の工場」です。中国製品に勝てる製品を作れます。

「アメリカも含めて先進国」は、製品開発力はあるが、製造技術が弱体化しています。各国は「戦争をしなくてもよい経済体制」を作る必要があります。「アメリカ、フランス・イタリア・ドイツ」、がんばれ！
