「蕎麦」（ Soba）は長く伸ばして細く切って作る食べ物なので、
細く長くということから「健康長寿」などを願って食べるようになった。

拝啓。前日の続きです。
話を「House investigation」に戻します。
Ｌ社での「押収品」は「会計帳簿」、「証憑」、
「預金通帳」や「契約書等」と「私が使用していたパソコン」です。

中国人らのメリットは「Revenue achievement above capability」を作ることです。
中国人は「Revenue record」を相手に示すことで、自分を高い報酬で相手に売り込みできるからです。
（リーマンショック前は、ものすごい売り手市場なので通用したのです）。
なお、この件については「Written report」作成して署名をしました。
私は、この時点では、この「House investigation」の影響を甘く考えていました。
私はこの件で「tumult」をするつもりはありませんでした。

私の「犯罪の理由」は「適用する法律」の誤りですから、書いていることは「参考」です。
私は日本の裁判制度を世界の人々に知ってもらうために書いています。

私はこの犯罪では2つのことを「主張」しています。
１．外国人が「在留資格以外の違法な労働」を行った。このことは無罪です。
外国人だけが、入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
入管法はこれに対して入管法は
不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。
しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」して、雇用者を処分していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します。
そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。
「不法に雇用した雇用者」が無罪であるならば、「違法に働いた外国人」は無罪です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。

２．「起訴状」」は、犯罪の理由として、
入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）を指摘しています。
しかし、この処罰はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって、「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

I am "claiming" two things in this crime.
1. Foreigners conducted "illegal labor other than status of residence".
This is innocent.

Only foreigners were punished with Article 70 of the Immigration Act "Sins of illegal labor".
On the Immigration Control Act, the Immigration Control Act punishes employers
who are "causal relationships" of illegal work by the Immigration Act 73-2
(a crime promoting illegal employment).
However, Japan's judiciary "disposses" only foreigners and does not dispose of employers.
This obviously violates the "principle of equality under the law".
And it violates international law prohibiting conscious disposal only of foreigners.
If "an employer who illegally employed" is innocent,
"a foreigner who worked illegally" is innocent.
If so, there is no one "who supported other crimes of criminal law"
against Article 70 of the Immigration Act.
"I, KinGungaku, a diplomat in the Philippine country,
a staff member of the Philippine Embassy" is innocent.

2. "Indictment" "points out the reason for crime,
Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Act (acquisition of status of residence
by submitting false documents).
However, there is no such penalty.
Disposition is "cancellation of status of residence" by "Minister of Justice"
and "compulsory withdrawal to foreign countries".
Therefore, "crime to support other crimes of criminal law" can not be applied.

The Japanese government is "crushing" complaints.
But "crush" by state power is "stop" of "Statute of limitations".
