４．資格外の活動の許可の取消しに係る「退去の強制する理由」等を強化
この取消制度は、「不法な労働を助長する行為」等に、更に的確に対処するための、
新たな「退去を強制する理由」が強化され、2010年7月1日から施行されています。
嘘偽の書類等の作成等を「教唆・幇助」する行為をや「不法な労働を助長する行為」をすると
「国外へ退去」になります。
「不法な労働を助長する行為」等に的確に対処するための
「退去を強制する理由」等も2010年7月1日から施行される。
新たな「国外へ退去を強制する理由」として，次のものが追加された。
「資格外の活動の許可」の取消しに関する規定を設けた。

１．他の外国人に不正に「上陸の許可」等を受けさせる目的での，
「偽造や変造の文書等の作成」等を「教唆・幇助」する行為をしたこと。
２．「不法な労働を助長する行為」をしたこと。
３．「資格外の活動」の罪により「禁錮」以上の刑に処せられたこと。　
注：現在は第24条　（退去の強制）に統合されています。
１＝”ah”、２＝”ih”、３＝”uh”　　です。

この改定でも、わかるように、
外国人が他の外国人に「虚偽の書類」を渡すなどして「在留資格」の取得を支援した場合、
その外国人の「在留の資格」が「取り消し」されて、その外国人は「国外へ退去」になりました。

日本人を「国外へ退去」させることはできないので、「国外へ退去」は外国人を対象にしています。

「起訴」が「提起」された２０１０年７月の検察官の「起訴状」が間違いであることを上記の法律が証明しています。

虚偽の書類を提供する行為は「刑事処分」ではありません。
ここまで言っても、検察官らは理解できません。
彼らは逃げるつもりです。
