読売新聞によると、中国国営の新華社通信は２４日、
中国当局が２０１５年以降の３年間で１万３０００以上のインターネットサイトを閉鎖したと伝えた。
習政権は今後、さらに取り締まりを強化しそうだ。

サイトのほか、１０００万件近いＳＮＳなどのアカウントも閉鎖したという。
今年６月にはサイバーセキュリティー法を施行するなどして、規制をさらに強めている。
１０月の第１９回共産党大会前からは一部の外国報道機関のサイトが閲覧できなくなっている。

非常に残念です。
こうした非民主的な国が、世界の国々と貿易ができることがクレイジーです。

アメリカをはじめ国際社会は、中国政府のこうした言論弾圧に対して、
アメリカとして、また国連としても中国を糾弾すべきです。

自由と民主主義を普遍の理念として受け入れないのであれば、
貿易取引を停止をするべきです。

自由な貿易を享受できるのは、自由と民主主義を普遍の理念として
共有できる国々であることをわからせるべきです。

アメリカの対中国に対する巨額の貿易赤字の根本は、
こうしたハンディによるものであると断定すべきです。
