メキシコ国境は壁でなく宇宙からの監視と地上配備の「光線銃」などの軍事技術を応用すべきです。

対メキシコ国境での壁建設の緊急予算を確保するための措置として、議会の決議に対し拒否権を行使した。
ドナルド・トランプ大統領による拒否権の発動は就任後初。
米上院は前日の３月14日、
ドナルド・トランプ大統領が発動した同国南部国境での国家非常事態宣言を無効化する決議案を可決。

私はドナルド・トランプ大統領が拒否権を行使したことを残念に思います。
ドナルド・トランプ大統領がメキシコとの国境に「壁」を「作る目的」を、アメリカ国民は理解しています。
アメリカ国民は「違法な移民」のアメリカへの流入を望んでいません。
米国の民主党も「不法な移民」の受け入れには反対しています。
与党・共和党の議員は米国憲法の「趣旨」に反する拒否権の発動に反発したと思います。

私はそれでアメリカ国民は「国境の壁」の建設に反対していると思います。
国境の壁でイメージするのは、まず「ベルリンの壁」です。
東ドイツは自国の体制を守るべく、1961年8月13日、突如として東西ベルリン間の通行を全て遮断し、
西ベルリンの周囲を全て有刺鉄線で隔離、後にコンクリートの壁を作った。

次にイスラエルによる「ヨルダン川西岸の壁」です。
2002年イスラエル政府はヨルダン川西岸地区に高さ8m、
全長700km近い「テロ対策用防護フェンス」の建設を開始した。
更にイスラエル、ガザ地区との間の海に“頑強な”国境の壁の建設を始めた。

自由と民主を愛する明るいアメリカのイメージに合いません。

私は実務的に「不法移民」の侵入を防ぐのであれば、アメリカの高度な軍事技術を使うべきだと思います
アメリカにとって「不法移民」との戦いは「戦争」です。
「民間の衛星の能力」でも「３０センチほどの物体」を認識できると理解しています。
軍事衛星だと、もっと精度が良いと思います。
北朝鮮の監視でもテニスコートで人がテニスをしていること様子も監視できました。
米軍は軍事衛星で国境を監視して、
「人影」を発見したら地上に配置の「光線銃」で自動的に「威嚇」
または「kill and wound」する技術を開発すべきです。

ドナルドトランプ大統領は多くのアメリカ国民から支持を受けるべきです。
ドナルドトランプ大統領は多くのアメリカ議会の議員から支持を受けるべきです。
「不法移民」はアメリカに侵入する「危険な侵略者」です。
米国は彼らに対して「軍事力」をもって対応すべきです。
北朝鮮からのミサイルを防ぐことと同じです。

私は前記の提案とは別に「国境の壁」の建設を主張しています。
米国はメキシコとの国境のアメリカ側を「特別地帯」として難民や「不法移民」を「暫定移民」として受け入れます。
「特別地帯」を「壁」で囲むことでアメリカ国民の生活を守ります。
暫定移民はアメリカが「世界の工場」を取り戻すための強力な武器になります。
これはアメリカの利益です。
そしてこれは「貧しい人々」に「幸福」を与える政策です。
ドナルドトランプ大統領は神からも感謝の祝福が与えられるでしょう。

日本政府による「国際的」な人権侵害です。

１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。

外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。

しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」しましたが、雇用者を処分していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します
そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。

違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が無罪であるならば、違法に働いた外国人は無罪です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。

２．検察が入管法22-4-4条の支援を理由として、
入管法70条に対して刑法の62条「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」することは「クレイジー」です。
これは法の論理が狂っている。

外国人が入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによるstatus of residenceの取得）に規定する行為を行った。
しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「status of residenceの取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって「刑法62条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」は適用できません。
しかし、入管法70条とは因果関係がない。
まったく、法の論理が狂っている。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
