これが、「アベノミクス」です。「企業」は海外から撤退して日本に工場を戻しています。
それで労働者が不足しています。
政府は「単純労働者」の大量受け入れを発表しました。これは「罠」です。

拝啓、私は日本人です。日本の警察は「一般論」で逮捕した。
警察は違法に逮捕したので、彼らは「法の論理」で理由を説明できない。
それで警察はこう言います。
「お前は一般論で犯罪を認めるべきだ」（Ippanron de Mitomero」。
この言葉を聞くと、日本政府の言う「日本人拉致問題」は「嘘」としか、思えない。
それは日本政府の、いつもの「作り話です」。
前日からの続きです。

明らかに「適用法の違反」の犯罪です。
起訴状を見てください。

私は「入管法違反を支援」した罪で、２０１０年６月に「逮捕監禁」された。
翌年の２０１１年４月に、「労働の刑」が1年半そして「罰金」５０万円の「判決」を受けた。
判決の２ヶ月後の２０１１年６月に、やっと「東京高裁」によって「仮の釈放」がされた。
「東京高裁」に「控訴」しますが、２０１１年１０月に「棄却」されます。
「最高裁」に「上告」しますが２０１２年１月「憲法の違反」ではなく単なる「適用法の誤り」にすぎない。
「最高裁」は「刑事訴訟法」により「最高裁」の「審議事項」ではないとの理由で「却下」した。
２０１２年３月に刑務所に「収監」されました。
刑務所の「仮の釈放の面接」でも、国家権力による罪の「押し付け」を認めませんでした。
それで「罪を反省する心」が無いとの理由で、刑務所は「仮の釈放」を認めません。
ついに、私は２０１３年３月１９日に、法律上、最も長い日数で刑務所から「開放」された。
私の「身体」は「疲れはてて」いました。
「死」の直前でした。

栃木県（くろばね）刑務所の「刑務官」の意見に分かれていたようです。
１．（長野）は「犯罪人」ではない。だから「仮の釈放」をさせると主張する者。
２．仮に、（長野）を「仮の釈放」にするとする。
すると「再審の請求」が難しくなる。だから長野の「仮の釈放」をさせないと主張する者。

刑務官は言います。
「俺たちが「若い頃」、俺たちは法律を勉強したんだ・・・
そんな理由で、私は仕事として刑務所を選んだ。
私は心を動かされました。
刑務官は言います。
「仮の面接」で「再審の請求の話」はするな！。
「労働の刑」の工場の「刑務の責任者」は言います。
お前は「仮の釈放」を拒否するべきだ！。
これが刑務所の「刑務官」が国家権力に抵抗できる「精一杯」の「支援」だったのです。
刑務官は「検察官や裁判官」よりも日本の法律を理解しています。
日本は、まだ死んでいません。
だから私は、こうして毎日戦っています。

国家権力（警察官、検察官、裁判官の権限行使）が憲法の「基本的人権」を明確に違反しています。
つまり、「人権侵害」です。
「この犯罪」は「法律の適用を偽った犯罪」ですので「起訴の書類」と「法律の条文」で十分です。
刑事の裁判」は「起訴の書類」の「記載事項」のみで判断されるものです。
皆さん、もう一度「起訴の書類」を見てください。
そして、国際社会に日本の司法の犯罪を「拡散」してください。
北朝鮮の「日本人拉致の犯罪」は日本政府の「作り話」です。
これも「拡散」してください。北朝鮮政府は日本政府の「作り話」に負けるな！

私はあなたが理解するまで続けます。

メディアは日本政府の入管法違反問題で「不法な拉致監禁問題」を報道すべきです。
各国政府は自国の被害者を守ってください。
日本政府に名誉の回復と賠償を請求してください。
留学や観光、就労などのビザで来日した外国人はたくさんいます。
彼らは飲食店などで労働を行い「入管法違反」で「処分」されています。
雇用者が「処分」されないので国際法違反です。
よって不法就労をおこなった外国人は「無罪」です。

日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
