外国人を平等に扱う日本人を面白く無いと思えば、
この日本人に対して、裁量で殺人の幇助者にもしていると思います。

人権侵害の根本は、恣意的な外国人排除の習慣が根付いているからです。

警察官や検察官らの罪名は刑法の「虚偽告訴罪」であり、
「特別公務員職権乱用罪」です。

「特別公務員職権濫用罪」は、
その職権を濫用して、他人を逮捕、監禁することによって成立する罪です。

この事件で、仮に、「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」で在留資格が得られたとしても、
在留資格の範囲内で働けば、資格外の不法就労にはなりません。
違犯になるのは入管法22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出）です。
この場合は、入管法22条の４－４（国外退去の行政処分）に対する幇助罪です。
しかし刑法の幇助罪は適用できません。

法律の条文を読めば、誰でもわかることを、起訴状に、堂々と書くのです。
どうせ、泣き寝入りするだろう。
権力の前では、逆らえないことを、見せしめするのです。
