そうであれば、不法な労働を支援した者は誰もいません。私たちは「無罪」です。
拝啓、私は日本人です。日本政府は、北朝鮮政府の「日本人拉致問題」を今も追及しています。
日本政府は「外国人に対する不法な拉致監禁問題」を認めません。
「欧米人」の「被害者」はたくさんいます。「欧米の政府」は日本政府を「追及」すべきです。

フィリッピン大使館での入管法違反の事件

読売新聞等２０１５年２月２０日付朝刊によりますと、
フィリピン大使館の外交官や職員が、日本の国家権力の被害にあっています。
この事件では、警察官、検察官、裁判官に加え、
外務省までが外国人に対して人権被害をあたえている。「(an act of) sheer madness」です。
記事の内容は以下です。

フィリッピン大使館の職員の運転手がフィリッピン人に内容が虚偽の「雇用契約書」を渡した。
彼らはフィリッピン人を「Housework servants」として「雇用」するとしていた。
そしてフィリッピン人が「入国管理局」に「申請」した。
彼らは「特定活動」の「在留資格」を「取得」したが、
「Housework servants」として働かずに、都内の「造園の会社」で働いた。
それで3人を入管法違反（資格外活動）の罪で逮捕した。
大使館の職員の運転手を「入管法違反」（資格外活動）に対する
「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」で２０１４年６月に逮捕「起訴」した。
この後、「外交官」の逮捕も出てくる・・・・

2010年の私の事件とまったく同じです。

検察官らを「早急」に逮捕しないと、被害者は増え続けている証拠です。
国際社会の皆さん、至急！立ち上がってください！

弱者である外国人だけを犯罪者にしたのは恣意的である。
国際法に反し恥ずかしい行為です。
日本の国際的地位を損ねる行為を外務省が「共謀」していたとは「情けない話」です。
日本国憲法も「法律の下での平等」で「規定」しています。
「国連憲章」など「国際法」も「恣意的」な「処分」を「禁止」しています。
神奈川県警、警察庁、検察庁、外務省の行為は、恥ずかしい限りです。
彼等は法律のプロですから、恣意的な「犯罪の行動」です。
日本が「法の下で統治されていない」「証拠」です。

このメールは毎日「安倍首相の官邸」に送信しています。
「安倍首相」やスタッフはこれが理解できないのです。
日本が「法の下で統治されていない」重大な証拠です。
だから、日本は北朝鮮の「日本人拉致問題」を言う資格はないのです。

メディアは日本政府の入管法違反問題で「不法な拉致監禁問題」を報道すべきです。
各国政府は自国の被害者のを守ってください。

留学や観光、就労などのビザで来日した外国人はたくさんいます。

雇用者が処分されないので国際法違反です。
よって不法就労をおこなった外国人は「無罪」です。
