政府は移民ではないと言います。「経済難民」です。
在留資格は「特定技能１号」「特定技能2号」です。
不思議なことに「業種別」ではありません。
政府は業種別の受け入れを言いますが「特定技能１号」の資格で、
彼らは全業種で働けます。
法務大臣が「省令」で業種を指定しても「法律」ではありません。
業種以外の労働に対して「処罰」はできません。
日本政府や野党は「法律を理解していません」

拝啓、昨日の続きです。

３．警察による証拠の隠滅。

①「家宅の捜査」の２、３日前に私のパソコンが壊れた。
「家宅の捜査」の前日。私は知人である「森山（仮の名前）さん」に電話して、
「森山（仮の名前）」さんにハードディスクの交換をして貰った。
「森山（仮の名前）さん」は交換後、「交換前のハードディスク」を私の机の横に置いて帰っていた。

②翌日、5月の中旬の金曜日に、警察の「家宅の捜査」があった。
理由は「源泉徴収代行サービス」のカネの流れの調査だと言った。
警察官は、私のパソコンを調べ、パソコンが「初期の状態」であることを確認した。
警察官が私に質問した「データのバックアップはあるのか」。
私は警察官に「バックアップは取っていない」と事実を言った。
私は警察官に「ハードディスクを交換したので再インストールしたことも告げた。」
「家宅の捜査」の最中に、前日にハードディスクを交換した「森山（仮名）さん」が、
その復旧の為に事務所を訪れた。
しかし彼はすぐに、警察官と部屋をでた。
警察は「森山（仮の名前）さん」が事務所を訪問した理由を彼に聞いたはずです。
警察は取外したハードディスクは押収せず、私の空のパソコンを押収して帰った。
警察は他のパソコン、メールサーバー、や会計、給与、人事、
開発データ等が格納されたメインのデータサーバーなどは内容を確認していた。
しかし警察はサーバーを押収していない。

③翌日、私の妻と相談し、中国人の「不法な就労」にショックを受け、L社を閉めることにした。
翌月曜日、警察から私に電話があり、「妻の預金通帳」を「私の手元」において置くように言った。
私は警察に会社を5月末で閉めて事務所を閉鎖することを告げた。
警察はパソコン等も含めてすべてを廃棄するのかと聞いたので、私は「そうです」と答えた。

④私は「警察が私を逮捕する」などとは考えてもいませんでした。
6月12日土曜日に「廃棄の事業」がパソコン、サーバー、
交換前ハードディスクも含め事務所のすべての物品を廃棄して事務所を閉鎖した。

⑤６月９日か１０日ごろ警察より私に電話があった。
警察は押収したパソコンなどを「返却」のするために、６月１２日に事務所に行く言う。
私は警察官に６月１２日（土曜日）は事務所の閉鎖で業者が事務所の物品を廃棄して、
明け渡し作業をしていると話した。
警察官は、パソコンや書類なども全て廃棄するのですかと聞いた。
それで私は「そうです」と答えた。
私は警察官に「Ｌ社を解散するので残しておくと問題がありますから全て廃棄します」と言った。
私は警察官に「午前中には廃棄作業がほぼ終わると思います」と言った。
すると警察官は私に「それでは６月１４日（月）午前中に私の自宅に行く」と言った。

⑥６月14日の逮捕後、私は警察官に「雇用の契約書類等」は虚偽ではない、と言った。
すると警察官は私に、「雇用の証拠を出せ」と言った。
私は警察官に証拠は「警察が事務所処分で「隠滅」した」と言った。
警察官は私に言った「逮捕の理由は私のパソコンのディスクが「初期設定」のままだった」。
警察官はそれで「私が「証拠」の排除をした」と言った。
それで警察官は私を「逮捕」したと言う。

私は警察官に「それは違う」とすぐに反論した。
「家宅の捜査」した時「森山さん」が「来社」しました。
彼がディスクを交換したことを警察官に言ったはずです。
そしてディスクは「警察が室内を撮影したので写真でわかるはずです、
あの時まだ事務所は残っていました」と言った。
この話は警察官の強引な「犯罪の作り話」を言うためです。
警察官の意図的な犯罪を説明するために書いています。
私たちが無罪であることは、「法律論」で証明済みです。
