太陽工房のアイロンビーズ制作活動 Taiyo Koubou's Irorn Beads Creating Activities

初めまして太陽工房利用者Yです。
It's first time to write a blog the user of Taiyo Koubou I'm Y.

こちらは私が活動の中で作ったファミコンのスーパーマリオブラザーズの主人公キャラクターマリオです。走ってるところです。
This is the main character from NES's Super Mario Bros. Mario made through the activities.
It is scene of when he is running.

アイロンビーズの完成品は大体こんな感じです。

毎日空いた時間を利用して、一日に一人２個～３個くらいのペースで作成しています。アイロンビーズ作業を始めると、利用者は作業に没頭し休憩の時間も作業をやめようとしませんｗ
今までにないほどの集中して作業をおこないアイロンビーズにはまっております。
Iron Beads' complete would be like this.
Within the free time I make a few items in a day.
Once they started to make Iron Beads the users never stop making even though if it's break time.
They are really into it more than ever concentrating making it.

コーヒー Coffee

太陽工房には、コーヒー党のかたが多くいらっしゃいます。紅茶が大好きなわたしも、勧められて飲んでいるうちに、だんだんコーヒーのおいしさがわかってきました。

なかなか香りもいいです。ブラックコーヒーは目が覚めますね。

休み時間に飲むと、ほっとします。ちょっとした気分転換にもなります。

そんな中、事務所におためし用のバリスタが届きました。電源を入れてボタンを押すと、熱々のブラックコーヒーが出ます。

バリスタを導入する際にみなさんにアンケートを取ると全員からOKが出ました。今富の作業場は端子接続をしているので、ずっと作業をしていると、目が疲れます。



うーんこれは・・・仕事がはかどりそう！ある利用者さんもブラックコーヒーにシロップを入れてにこにこされていました。ほっと一息入れることで利用者さんもリフレッシュして作業に臨めることでしょう。

これからも、がんばります。

The are many people who like coffee in Taiyo Koubo.
I like tea, but drinking coffee by recomended by them I came to like coffee.
Smell's pretty good. Black coffee wakes me up.
Feel free I drink coffee when I'm taking a break. It's a refresh.
Meanwhile varistor arrived to the office. Press the button and hot black coffee came out.
When innovate varistor, ask all the user and they all say okay.
At Imadomi doing terminal connection, so if you keep doing it your eyes get tired.
This must help us work harder. A user smiles putting syrup into black coffee.
Drinking coffee make them refreshed and can work harder.
From now on, I'll do my best.

WRAPについて About WRAP

ラップというものをご存知でしょうか。台所で使うラップ…ではなく、WRAP(Wellness　Recovery Action Plan)という、アメリカでうつ病のかたが生みだした技法です。これは、日本では元気回復行動プランと訳され、元気であるために、あるいは元気であり続けるためのプランを考えておき、必要なときにそのプランを実行するという技法です。誰でも作っていいのですが、日本では精神障害のかたを中心に広まっています。

WRAPには、日常生活管理プラン、引き金になる出来事に対処するプラン、注意サインに対処するプラン、調子が悪くなってきている時のプラン、クライシスプラン(緊急状況への対応プラン)、クライシスを脱した時のプランの6つのプランがあります。このプランの中にも更にいくつか項目があります。例えば日常生活管理プランでは、元気であるために毎日したほうがよいこと、時々するとよいことを挙げていきます。

わたしのWRAPのプランは一部しかできていませんが、日常生活管理プランには、きちんと睡眠を取ること、仲間と夢を語ること、恋人と時々デートに行くこと、読書すること…などを挙げています。

WRAPを作るための集中クラスも各地でおこなわれています。ファシリテーター(クラスの進行役)と参加者のかたがたが、ひとりひとり和気あいあいと、元気でいるための工夫を発言しあっています。

ひとりより、友人や仲間と一緒に意見を交換し合いながらプランを作ると、クライシスの際に助けてくれるサポーター作りにもなりますし、他者の知恵も借りられてお互い、よりよいWRAP作りができると思います。

実は、太陽工房にはファシリテーターの資格を持つかたがいらっしゃいます。今後、ファシリテーターと話し合い、ここでもWRAP作りができるようにしようと考えています。

Do you know about WRAP? It’s not the wrap that to be used in the kitchen, it’s the technique that produced by an American who suffered from depression called WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). In Japan, it’s the technique that to be used to think to keep being cheerful, and to be done when needed. It’s for anyone, but in Japan it spreads among mainly people who have mental disorders.
Talking about WRAP, there are six plans those are a plan that manages daily life, a plan addresses events that can be triggered a bad event, a plan addresses a sign of an alert, a plan that is for when you feel getting worse, a plan addresses an emergency state, a plan that is when you are gotten out of a crisis. There are some more in these plans. For example, about a plan that manages daily life, raise things that you need to do every day and you should do sometimes.
I only can do some of the plan of WRAP, about a plan that manages daily life, have a good sleep, talk about our dreams with my friends, go on a date with my partner sometimes, read books, and so on…
Intensive classes to make WRAP are held in various regions. Facilitators and attendants talk friendly about how to find out to be cheerful.
Making plans by sharing opinions with your friends, you can make good supporters for when needed, and you can receive other people’s ideas, so you can make better WRAP.
In fact, there is a person who has the certificate of facilitator at Taiyo Koubou. Now, we are thinking to talk with the facilitator to make WRAP here too.
If it’s possible, you want to live cheerfully every day, don’t you?

挑 戦 Challenge

４月になりました。

桜が咲き、花びらが舞い落ち美しい光景がいろんなところで見られます。

太陽工房もＢ型の作業場が、今富の事務所横に移り

宮小路はＡ型とＢ型の作業一部のみになりました。

カレーも受注が少しずつ増え忙しくなってきています。

宮代にある「太陽ファーム」も変貌しつつあります。

毎日職員が整備し開墾し掃除して、ゆくゆくはそこで作業もでき

憩える場所となるように

あれを作ってこれを作ってと夢は広がります。

夢を作り上げる仕事が事業所の作業になっている・・・

そう考えるとワクワクしてきます。

私たちの事業所はいろんな所に分散した形で成り立っていますが

分散していてもやっていけるということが証明できると嬉しいです。


新しい職員の方や利用者の方も増えました。

先週１週間は、目の回るような日々でした。

でも、事業所内は活気にあふれ、人があふれ

依然とは違った事務所の雰囲気でこちらも俄然元気になります。

新しい利用者の方に対する対応を考えたり、担当者会議があったり

新入職員の方にどう動いてもらったらいいのか考えたり

頭の中はぐるぐる考えっぱなしです。

そんな新入職員の中に

統合失調症の疾患を持つ女性を１人採用しました。

彼女はいろんな症状を抱えながらも

自分自身を受け入れることに向き合い、コントロールしながら

頑張って大学に行き社会福祉士の資格をとり、卒業後には通信教育で

精神保健福祉士の資格もとることができました。

せっかくとった資格ならば、なんとか生かしてゆく道を一緒に

作っていけないかと、社長は彼女の採用に踏み切りました。

また、もう１人精神疾患を持ちながらも、一般就労で長く頑張ってきた

男性の面接も先日行い、もしかすると太陽工房の仲間に加わるかもしれません。


いろんな人生を送る人たちが、ごっちゃになりながら

職員、利用者という立場はありますがあまり垣根を設けずに

それぞれの特技や長所を生かしながら、またそれぞれの弱さを受け入れ

また、互いにサポートしながら働いてゆく。

共に成長してゆける時間を私たちは共有していることを幸せに思います。

また、会社の中だけで無く、緩やかに地域の社会資源や

いろんな人たちととつながりながら、開かれた仁木田株式会社が

大村市に貢献してゆけるように頑張ります。

一日一日現実は、矛盾や苦しいことや困ったことが多いかもしれませんが

それもすべて引き受けながら、笑って一緒に生きていこうと願う

太陽工房の挑戦が今、始まっています。

It’s April. Cherry blossoms bloomed and fall so you can see the beautiful views everywhere. Taiyo Koubou’s workshop of Type B moved to next to Imadomi office, and only Type A and parts of Type B remain in Miyashoji. Orders of curry and rice are increasing little by little. “Taiyo farm” which placed in Miyadai is changing. Everyday staff prepare, cultivate, and clean, to make the place to be able to work and rest, and also make various things and dreams spread. Works of making dreams are becoming a work of the office… If I think so I’m going to be excited. Our offices are consisted by the offices distributed in various places, but I’d be happy that we can proof that we can do it even though they are distributed.
New staff and new users are increased. Last week was so busy that my head was spinning. However, the office was full of vigor and people, the atmosphere was so different from before, so I become even more energetic. Thinking about how to treat new users, having persons in charge meetings, and thinking how to have the new staff to work, I’ve been thinking round and round. In those new staff we adopted a person who is suffering from schizophrenia. She could acquire a qualification of psychiatric social worker by correspondence education system after graduated from college, at college she worked hard to acquire a qualification of social worker even though she has various symptoms by facing accepting herself and controlling herself. Since she acquired the qualification, if there is a way to utilize it, the president decided to adopt her. Plus, one more person who worked hard as a regular worker even though he has mental illnesses, we had an interview for him, he might be our comrade of Taiyo Koubou.
Mixing up people who live their own lives, not separating staff and users, we work together by making use of advantages and accepting their weakness. I feel happy that we could share the time we grow up together. Plus, not only in the company, connecting many people and social resources of the region gently, we work hard to contribute Omura City as opened Nikita Co., Ltd. Each day in the reality, there are a lot of contradiction and troubles, accepting all of them and wish to live together with smiles, the challenges of Taiyo Koubou has now begun. Thank you for your support.

新年度にむけて・・・・・準備中 Preparation for the New Year

3月・・・年度末ですね。

道路では相変わらず、この時期に道路の補修がいろんなところで行われ

学校も卒業式や入学式の準備があり

巣だった人は、新しい場所へ移動したり、まだ迷っていたり

会社や公的機関などは、決算処理等に追われているのでしょうか

季節も、冬から春へ移り変わる途中

気持ちもなんとなく軽くなってゆく時期だと感じます。

太陽工房もスタートして６か月目に入り

利用者の方も１０名までに増えてきました。

身体障がい　知的障がい　精神障がいと　

３障がいとひとくくりにするのは簡単ですが

人間ひとりひとり個性があり違うように

病名や障害名は精神障害、身体障害１級とあっても

それぞれに違いますから、しっかりと向き合っていこうと心がけています。

カレーの販路も少しずつ拡大し、Ａ型事業所でのカレー製造が忙しくなってきました。

種類も材料と味にこだわり新しいカレーも開発中

新・太陽ファームの整備も着々と進み、農耕部は毎日山に行き

寒い中頑張っています。

ひとつの枠の中に納まるのではなく、いろんな形に変化しながら

太陽工房の利用者さんや職員ひとりひとりが幸せになれる場所として

成長してゆけるように頑張っていきたいと思います。



It’s March, it’s the end of the fiscal year.
On the roads, repairing is undergoing anywhere.
About schools the graduation and the preparation of the entrance ceremony is undergoing.
The people who left, move to a new place or some are still thinking, and companies and public institutions are busy for closing.
It feels lighter because the season changes winter to spring.
Taiyo Koubou started 6 months ago and the members increased 10 people.
Physically handicapped intellectual disability mental disability
It’s easy to put all together, but everyone has their own personality, so not classify them only by their name of disease or disability, respect their own personality.
Curry making division spread a little by little, it’s getting busier to make curry at Type A office.
Developing new kinds of curry, by choosing well materials and good taste.
New Taiyo farm is ready to go and go to the field every day we are striving in the cold.
We hope to grow that the members and staff could be happy, changing many kinds of shapes, not settled within the one frame.
