何かわかりますか？　　

これは人口内耳というものです。


こういう風に耳にかけて使用します。

人工内耳は、手術で耳の奥などに埋め込む部分と、音をマイクで拾って

耳内に埋め込んだ部分へ送る体外部とからなります。

体外部は耳掛け式補聴器に似た格好をしています。

マイクで集めた音は、音声処理部（スピーチプロセッサーをよびます）で

電気信号に変換され、その信号がケーブルを通って送信コイルを介耳の後ろに

埋め込んだ受信装置へ送られます。

送信コイルは磁石で頭皮を介して受信装置と接しています。

受信装置に伝わった信号は蝸牛の中に埋め込んだ電極から聴神経を介して

脳へ送られ、音として認識されます。(日本耳鼻咽喉科学会ＨＰより一部転載)

白い丸の部分がマイクです。

一度県内ニュースで見たことがありましたが、使用している方には

はじめてお会いしました。

中途失聴の方で、最初は全く聞こえなかったそうですが

少しずつリハビリをし、今は高い音は少し聞こえるようになったそうです。

リハビリは専門の言語聴覚士により行われ、根気強く続けて

いかないといけないようです。

人口内耳を見せてくれたＭさん、まだまだ人口内耳のことを

知る人が少なく、理解が広がってほしいと

わざわざ外して見せてくれました。

家族の理解と周りのサポートを得ながら、前向きに頑張っています。



Do you know that it is?
This is called a cochlear implant device.

Use it like this way.
A cochlear implant device consisted of the part put deep in the ear by a surgery, and the outer microphone receives sounds. And it sends sounds picked up to the receiver in the ear.
An outer microphone looks like hearing aids.
The sounds received will be converted to electric signal by a speech processor, and the signal go through the cable and reach to the receiver inside.
A transmitting coil is stick to the head by magnet.
The sounds will be recognized as sounds by receiving it and the signal goes from the snail to implanted electrode through auditory nerve.
The white circle part is the microphone.
This is the first time to meet someone who is using it even though I’ve watched on the news.
He is post-lingual deafness, and he couldn’t hear anything first, but now he can hear high sounds by doing rehab.
The rehab is done with a speech therapist, and it requires a hard work.
Mr. M who showed me the cochlear implant, showed it to me by taking it off because he want many more people to know about this.
He is doing his best with his family’s understandings and people’s help.

新年あけましておめでとうございます。

今日から管理人は仕事はじめです。

今日事務所に来てみると、倉庫のようだった事務所が

きれいに片付きすっきりなっていてびっくり！

年末、社長や職員が片付けてくれたみたいです。

お疲れ様でした、そしてありがとうございました。



今日から就労継続支援事業所Ａ型で働き始める方が

２人来られるため、顔合わせや契約等で午前中は忙しく

していました。

新年に新しい仲間をお迎えできるのは嬉しいことです。

試行錯誤の中でも、お互いに尊重し合いながら

前向きにいろいろ取り組んでいき、成長してゆく事業所であればと願っています。

A happy new year!
Today is the first work day of this year for me.
When I came to the office that was used to be a warehouse, it was all cleaned and I surprised.
The end of the last year, the president and the staff had cleaned the room.
Thanks for cleaning the room.

It was pretty busy because of meeting and making contracts of 2 people who start working at continuous employment support office from today.
It is pleasure to have new members in a new year.
I hope the office would be the place that can grow trying various things positively by respecting each other even though having troubles.

Even this year, Nikita Co., Ltd., Home Care Support Business, Total Support Taiyo, Employment Support Office, Taiyo Koubou will do our best in the community, so please give us your kind support and lectures. Thank you so much.

今年もお世話になりました。 Thank You So Much for This Year

今年もあと３日になりました。

居宅介護支援事業を設立して７年、地域の中でみなさまのご支援を受け

活動させていただきありがとうございました。

さらに今年は、１０月から就労継続支援事業を開始して２か月

問い合わせや見学の方、利用者の方がひとりふたりと

あたらしい仲間が加わり感謝しています。

また、就労支援事業所で製造しているカレーも

美味しいカレーを皆様にご提供できるように頑張っております。

苔玉の製作も、寒い中で土をこねて励んでいます。

今は、基礎を作っていく時期として種をまきながら

お互いの役割の中で何をしてゆくべきか確認し

『太陽工房』を作り上げていってます。

このブログも約２か月続きました、少しずつ読んでくださる方が増え、

管理人は非常に嬉しく励みになりました。

どういう方々が読んでくださっているかわかりませんが

ブログを通じての出会いを感謝いたします。

来年も皆様にとって良い年であるように心よりお祈りしております。

本当に一年間ありがとうございました。




3 more days left in this year.
It’s been 7 years since home care support business established, thank you all in the society for your support for our activities.
Plus, it’s been 2 years since started continuous employment support business, we thank for the calls and vising, new members are joining little by little.
On the other hand, to serve you delicious curry, we strive to do our best.
About making moss balls, we are kneading soil in the cold.
We are building “Taiyo Koubou”, confirming what our rolls are, by thinking it’s the season to sow seeds to make the base.
This blog is continuing 2 months, the people who read this blog increased a little bit, and that encourages me and making me feeling happy.
I don’t know what kinds of people are reading this blog, but I thank the encounter through this blog.
I pray that the next year would be the best for you.

雪 Snow

北海道、東北と吹雪いているニュースが流れていました。

大村もチラチラと雪が降ったりやんだり

山にはうっすらと白くなっていましたが

街中は積もるまではいきません

この仁木田の事務所は少し小高いところにあるので、外に出ると眺めがよく

気持ちのいい場所です。

寒さの中に陽だまりができ、その陽だまりにほっとします。

今年も残すところ８日

今週は一年の仕事を締めくくる一週間でもありますね

小雪が静かにつもりながら、美しい白の世界を作るように

私たちも一日一日少しずつ積み重ねながらよりよい

仁木田の事業所を作り上げていきたいと思います。

It snows and stops in Omura.
Mountains are covered white,
however, it doesn't pile up snow in the city side.
Our Nikita's office is located on the top of the hill,
if you go out the outside looks beautiful.
In the coldness there is sunny spot some time, it makes us warm.
Only 8 days left in this year,and this week is a week that settles works.
We think make a better Nikita office piling up one day by one day,
as like the snow that piles up silently.

始まりは7年前 The Beginning Is 7 Years Ago

仁木田株式会社は、7年前に誕生しました。
Nikita co., ltd. was born 7 years ago.

始まりは、「トータルサポート 太陽」居宅介護支援事業所です。
The beginning was home care support office “Total Support Taiyo.”


一番手前が事務所で、ここからスタートでした。
It started with the room on the right side.

現在は仁木田株式会社の事務所となっています。
It is now an office of Nikita co., ltd.

事務所の隣3件は、バリアフリー住宅です。
Three rooms next to the office are barrier-free housing.


大きな看板もきちんと掛けています。
A big sign is hanging on the wall.


このロゴマークも障がいを持つ仲間のＨさんが考えてくれました。
The fellow member Mr. H who has disorders came up with the logo.

グループ となっていますがグループ企業などではなく、
It says group, but it is not a group company,

「仲間」という意味で　仁木田グループとしたそうです。
it named Nikita Group meaning group as “fellow.”


3年前に宮小路1丁目の国道沿いにサンシャイン1号館が建ち、
Sunshine bldg. # 1 was built by the street of Miyashoji 1-chome 3 years ago,

そちらに居宅支援事業の事務が全部移りました。

and then whole businesses of the in-home support business moved to there.



障がい者就労事業は今年10月スタートしたばかりです。
People with disabilities employment business just started in October in this year.

これから、ひとつひとつ積み上げながら地域に根付いていくように気張っていきます。

We work hard to take root in the community by accumulating things one by one.
