先週の金曜日に研修会があり、参加してきました。
研修があると聞くと、できるだけ参加するようにしています。
今回は、諫早市のホテルでの開催
長崎県障害者就業・生活支援センター 運営協議会の〈研修会〉という位置づけ
内容は、
県の障害福祉課 中島氏『平成27年度の障害福祉課の事業について』
講義が、
『ともに働き、ともに暮らせる地域を目指して』～就労支援機関の役割と連携～
と題して、島根県の
社会福祉法人 いわみ福祉会管理者 小倉 広文氏
広く事業展開をされている大きな法人のようですが、
今回は「就業・生活支援センターにおけるアセスメントモデル事業」
を平成24年から実施し、アセスメントの視点と技法について検証された
結果を中心にしながら話をしていかれました。
内容は盛りだくさんでしたが、時間が足りなかったのか
進め方が速かったですね・・・・
講義後は、演習
小倉さんの進行により、『働くため、働き続けるために必要なこと』と題して
1班から13班までにグループ分けされ、奇数グループは「働くためには、何が必要か？」を
偶数グループは「働き続けるためには何が必要か？」を考えて
まずは、個人で考え付箋一枚に一項目書き込んでゆく。次に班全体でそれぞれの意見を出し
広用紙にまとめてゆくという作業をしました。
私は1班。
それぞれ出し合った項目が同じものもあれば、なるほどと気付かされるものも
Last Friday we had a workshop.
If we hear there’s a workshop, we attend as much as we can.
This time it was held at a hotel in Isahaya.
It was positioning of the workshop of Nagasaki Disability employment, life support center, steering council.
The content was prefectural failure welfare division, Mr. Nakashima’s “It was about the business of failure welfare division in 2015.” Lecture was about “Aim for the region that work together, live together. ~The roll of employment support agencies and cooperation~ was the theme, Shimane prefecture’s social welfare corporation Iwami welfare association administrator Mr. Hirofumi Kokura. It’s the corporation doing business widely but this time “The assessment model business of employment and life support center,” doing it form 2012, he talked about the results of verification of assessment’s point of view and technique mainly. The content was full but was running out of time, he talked fast.
After the lecture, seminar, Mr. Kokura leaded the discussion “To work, and to continue to work.” was the theme, divided 13 groups odd number groups discussed about “What is important to work.” and even number groups discussed about “What is important to KEEP working.” First, think by individual and next discussed in a group.
Some were same answers but some surprised me.

残念ながら？ 発表する班には選ばれませんでしたが、
班それぞれにまとめ方が違い面白かったですね

の話が中心の研修内容
利用者さんが事業所に来るまでに、どんな流れでやってくるのか
その内容と、支援計画を立てる上での視点を再確認できたことは良かったです。
これからも日々精進し全身全霊で頑張ります。
あれ？ どこかの力士が言ってたような？？？？
とにかく、研修は大事だなということでした。

About 50 people attended.
The main workshop content were employment transition support business and Nagaaski disability employment livelihood support center. How users come to the office. It was great the content and to double-check the point of view to make support plan. From now on we are going to put everything ones have into our jobs. Wait? A sumo wrestler was saying that somewhere??? Anyway, what I want to say is workshop is important.
