先日、お墓詣りを兼ねて帰省した際、なにげに夕飯の話しをしてた時、
「出来るごとなったやん。」
「口だけね。(笑)」
これは、この日のメニューを姉と一緒に考えてた時に出た言葉。
そう！、この方このトータルサポート太陽の居宅支援サービスを受けるまで、食のメニューを自分で考え作るという流れをやったことなかったものでして。
食以外の日常的生活の流れは、時には周囲の手を借りながらも、普通になっていたつもりですが、それまでは通りがかりにスーパーへ寄っても、私が買うのは日用品とお菓子くらい。
そもそも、ここへ来るまで お米やお野菜・お肉の名前が、自分の口から出る日がくるとは、考えてもなかったことでした。
そこで今、私がこちらへ来て すごく楽しめているのが、食材から毎日のメニューを考え、日替わりのヘルパーさんと相談しながら作り食べさせてもらえてること！
ここでのアパート暮らしもそろそろ４年。
近頃では食の買い出し・知識とゼロスタートにあった私も、
いつも私が編み出すお料理レシピは、食材の色を考えながらの、かんたん・お野菜豊富に・スピーディー。
プラスに実家の味も基本に取り入れながらで、
おかげさまで 昨日 平成最後の晩餐メニューも、母から受け継ぐ秘伝の味で締めくくらせてもらえたこと！、とても有り難く思ってます。
私がいちばん最初にこちらへ来て始めにうれしいと思ったのは、冷蔵庫とお風呂とトイレが自分専用で使えたということです。

ある日の昼食‥
When I talked about dinner, when I returned back to hometown from visiting the ancestor’s graveyard;
“You became to be able to do this.”
Only to give mouth. Lol.”
These were the phrases came out when I was thinking about the menu for the dinner.
This person’s never thought the menu for meals, until receive the home support service of Total Support Taiyo.
Daily life other than food, sometimes ask for people, thought spending ordinary life, but about the food there wasn’t a chance to do it by myself, if I go to super market what I bought were everyday items and snacks.
In the first place, come to this point, I’ve never thought that I say rice and names of vegetables and meat.
So now, I come to this place and what I can enjoy very much is think the menu from the ingredients and making meals talking with helpers who change daily.
It’s been like 4 years living in this apartment.
Recently, I make meals easily and full of vegetables speedy thinking about the color of the ingredients.
Plus adopting family home taste, thankfully, yesterday, I thank my mother because I could finish Heisei period with my mother’s taste meal.
The most happiest thing when I came here was I can use refrigerator, bath, and restroom by myself.
