How do you pursue your interests at USC
I want to work as a bridge of cultural communication since I immigrate in the Unitee States. I decided to devote all my energy to promote the integration of eastern and western cultures. I have a good interest in the east culture and I wish to learn more knowledge about the culture of east Asia. My own experience and background make me have a great advantage in-depth study of east Asian culture when compare with others. Therefore, I choose the east Asian language and culture (Chinese) as my first major and east Asian area studies, B.A as the second major.
USC is the oldest private research university in the west coast of the United States, and it has a vast alumni network - the Trojan Family. There are 23 libraries in the USC. I believe that USC can best fuel my intellectual curiosity and help me to see my goals. There is many experts work or study in the USC. The skillful teacher can help me more easy to achieve my dream. On the other hand, the rich resources of the library also can help me to obtain the information what I need. It is an undeniable fact that USC will make me become a better woman.

I have a great fever in taking part in the activity of the club. So I took part in the Take Gavel Club and English Learners' Society and become the president in both clubs in my high school. I have planned and organized a series of activities, which evoked a strong reaction among students and teachers and obtained their absolute affirmations. To be honest, this experience make me feel proud, it is definitely a precious memory in my life. During that time, I have a great understanding in leadership, it also helps me to improve myself, make me become better. According to this experience, I learned to communicate with others. It helps me to make many friends. I am not only responsible for offering service for the students, but also in charge of building a connection with the school authorities. This work makes me become more careful and cautious. On the other hand, it also makes me realized how to work as a good leader. I learn to find the balance between the different roles and try my best to manage my time. It helps me to consider how to keep passion and persevere. In the other word, this experience helps me to understand my self and have a profound effect on my improvement. It makes me become more confident, outstanding, decisiveness and democracy.
