地震対策、アンペアブレーカーは屋外のメーター近くに設置するべき。

最近大地震の発生がが予測されていますが。
思い出すのは阪神大震災の大火事。
あれは復電と共に倒壊した家屋の配線がショートして火災が発生したと言われている。
しかし、未だにアンペアブレーカーは屋内の配電盤に設置されている。
アンペアブレーカーを屋外のメーター近くに設置すれば、メーターとアンペアブレーカー間の距離が短いのでショートの可能性が低いし、屋内でショートしていればブレーカーが落ちる、また1軒1軒確認して復電できるので阪神大震災の大火事のようなことが防止できる。また、火災による死者も減らせる。
また、配電盤もコンパクトにできる。アンペアブレーカーを屋外に設置してはいけない規則があるのかな？

原発が危ない理由 人間はミスを隠す。

やはり原発は危ない。  人間はまずいことは隠蔽する。だから原発はまた必ず事故を起こす。

　地球温暖化、エネルギーミックス問題もあるが、何故原子力発電が危ういかを述べる。

1.核廃棄物の処理場がない。

　小泉元首相が言う通り。いつまでたっても受け入れる自治体はないだろう。

2.歴史は繰り返す。

　特に日本は火山、地震、津波が多い国である。

　6,300年前に噴火を起こしたと言われる鬼界カルデラ噴火では九州が全滅したと言われている。

　近年、隕石衝突の可能性が取りざたされているが、日本海や太平洋等に巨大隕石が落下した場合30ｍ以上の津波が襲ってくることも考えられる。

3.戦争、テロ、航空機の落下等も考えられないことはないし、危険性が年々高まりつつある。

4.ヒューマンエラー、指揮命令系統の不具合発生

　2重、3重のフェイルセーフティ処置がとられているはずの原発で事故は起こっている。

　チェルノブイリ、スリーマイル、高速増殖炉「もんじゅ」の事故例

　福島第一原発も被災後の処置にも問題があったようである。

5.機械は必ず壊れる。（飛行機事故は無くならない、もんじゅも故障。）

6.不正隠し、人間は失敗を隠そうとする。

　人間は不正、失敗を隠そうとする。これについて所感を述べたい

 

人間は不正隠しをするので破綻に繋がる可能性がある。

1.確証は得られないが安部首相が加計問題で嘘をついていそうなことは皆分かっている。

　私は加計問題程度はどうでも良い。しかし、汚職は後を絶たない。

2.神戸製鋼所、日産自動車、スバル、東芝、東洋ゴム等組織ぐるみの不正は枚挙にいとまがない。

3.私の経験（定年後、ビル等の設備管理の仕事に就いた経験。）　

　某大企業の下請けで大手の設備管理会社で古くて少し大規模な設備管理を行った。

　設備管理のベテランは皆、点検に手を抜く。ベテランには異常があった場合、異常を報告するからいけないのだと言われた。

　実際、相手先の手前、設備の異常を報告したら大騒ぎになり日常業務に支障出たり、契約を打ち切られかねない。設備異常はいよいよ破綻した時に問題になるのであって、それまでの異常が明らかになることはなかった。（そういう点で福島第一原発の設備管理は巨大システムなので問題が多いと危惧する。そもそも福島第一原発は破綻したから問題になったと言える。）

　私の経験した1例として、我々設備管理の仲間しか使わない水道蛇口の水質検査で塩素濃度が検出できない蛇口が一つあった。しかし、慣例として塩素反応があったことにすることになっていた。

　ある時、その蛇口の水を飲んだら下痢で大変な目に会った。会社からはその水を飲んだから下痢になったと表沙汰にするなと言われた。

　後日、警報が鳴ったので1晩がかりで配管を調査した所、その配管が汚水槽の中を通っていて、腐食して汚水槽に破管して流れたことが分かった。それまでは配管の裂け目から汚水槽のばい菌を吸い込んでいたので塩素反応は検出できなかったことが分かった。

そのような不具合箇所はいくつかあったが、原因が分からないので、そのまま放置するのが常だった。

　私は大手機械メーカーの設計をやっていたが、色々な情勢が重なり、不具合のある設計を直せないことがあった、しょうがないので小手策の対策を打って逃げられた。また、不具合のある部品が分かったので報告したら、先輩の書いた図面にケチをつけるとは何事かと部長から叱られたことがあった。同僚はそんな設計はいくつも抱えていると言っていた。

　あなたは仕事でミスをした場合、他人が解らなければ隠しませんか？。

 

　と言うことで、日本では原発は止めるべきである。ドイツはさすがである。

従って、手前味噌になるのがオチになってしまうが、地球温暖化対策としてもっと再生可能エネルギを利用すべきと考える。

2023/2/20　11：14　パワコン5.5kwだがまだ5.6kw出る。

去年辺りから灯油暖房をやめてエアコンをつかいだしたのでので自給率が下がった。その前はエアコン我慢していたので自給率200％以上でした。

卒FIT2024年2月

昨年当たりから灯油が高くなり、歳も取ったので風邪を引きたくないためエアコンを昼間も我慢せず使いだした。夏は除湿運転、冬は暖房付けっぱなしで寝たので、自給率が下がりました。子供は昔からエアコン全開。
