2018-12-27: 除夜の鐘＝（JoyanoKane）。
「JoyanoKane」とは、大晦日（12月31日）の深夜０時をはさんでつく鐘のことを言います
（ちょうど日付けが変わり新しい年になる時を鐘をつきながら迎えます）。
人には百八つの煩悩（ぼんのう）があると言われ、
その「煩悩」を「祓う」ために、「JoyanoKane」を「鳴らす」回数は108回とされています。

拝啓。前日の続きです。
第４章警察はニュース製作会社と「Conspiracy」をして私を逮捕した。
2010年6月14日、「朝９時半過ぎ」だと思います。
警視庁警視庁組織犯罪課および世田谷署の警察官数名の合同捜査チームが私の自宅（千葉市◯◯区）に来た。

１．外国人が「在留資格以外の違法な労働」を行った。このことは無罪です。
外国人だけが、入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。
入管法はこれに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条
（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。
しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」して、雇用者を処分していません。
これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します。そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。
「不法に雇用した雇用者」が無罪であるならば、「違法に働いた外国人」は無罪です。
そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。
「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。
２．「起訴状」」は、犯罪の理由として、
入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）を指摘しています。
しかし、この処罰はありません。
処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。
したがって、「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
