「社会主義市場経済」の「国家」は我々の賃金をさげている。
「社会主義市場経済」の「国家」を「グローバルな市場経済」から締め出すべきだ。
自由と民主主義国家は「ココム」を「復活」すべきだ。
拝啓。中国はこれまで西側製品の下請の体制から「脱却」して
「国産化の比率」を「大幅に高める」政策を実行しようとしている。
その製品は先端技術とされる「AI、半導体チップ、デジタル制御の工作機器やロボット、先端部品、素材、
大型航空機、月面や深海探査や資源開発の強化、LNG輸送船、高速鉄道、水力や原子力発電設備、
農機、バイオや高性能医療機器等」です。
米国は、「Xi Jinping President」が主導する「中国製造2025」の「構想の中止」を要求している。
かつて冷戦時代、ソ連が米国に追いすがらんとするのを技術面で蹴落とすため、
米国は共産圏諸国への先端技術の輸出を規制した。
ソ連向けには通称ココム（COCOM、対共産圏輸出統制委員会）、
中国向けにはチンコム（CHINCOM）という国際合意を作り、
100品目以上の軍事技術関連物資で、特定の性能を越えるものの、輸出を禁止した。
1982年、日本の東芝機械が制限を越える性能の工作機械をソ連に輸出。
それによってソ連の潜水艦のスクリュー研磨精度が顕著に上昇し、
雑音が生じなくなったことで探索が難しくなったとして、
米議会を初め全米で、すさまじい日本の東芝機械たたきが起きた。
このココムという仕組みは、ソ連経済の足を大きく引っ張った。
技術的優位を確保するため、当時、「西側諸国」は、
ビデオ・コーダーのヘッド研磨技術の輸出でさえ、も、制限していた。
コンピューターとその技術の輸出制限で、ソ連のコンピューター、半導体技術は大きく後れてた。
ソ連は工業製品、薬品等の開発で「西側諸国」に大きく遅れた。
日本の企業は、中国に機械、部品等、先端技術の粋を輸出している。
それどころか、そのような品目で、日本の輸出は維持されている。
日本だけではない。
ドイツやフランスや英国も同じです。
しかし、労働者の賃金はあがらない。
中国のハニートラップに落ちた政治家は中国を支援する条約を作っている。
彼らは自国民よりも中国の国民が豊かになるための協定を行っている。
グローバル経済によって、豊かになったのは中国だけだった。
国民は、もう、「我慢」できない。
フランス人が行動で示した。
中国のハニートラップに落ちた政治家を排除すべきだ。
中国の「社会主義市場経済」を自由と民主の「市場経済」に取り込んだのは誰だ。
民間企業は独裁国家の国家企業とでは「自由な競争はできない」ことを学んだはずだ。
民間企業は「他国の技術を盗む、独裁国家の国家企業」とでは競争できない。
人権を擁護する民間企業は「国民を奴隷のように扱う、独裁国家の国家企業」とでは競争できない。
「社会主義市場経済」の「国家」を「グローバルな市場経済」から締め出すべきだ。。
自由と民主の諸国は、「ココム」を復活すべきだ。
自由と民主の諸国は、中国を「市場経済」から「排除」すべきだ。Ｇａｎｂａｒｏ!
皆さん、日本の憲法を知ってください。世界の国々と同じです。
日本国憲法第31条です。
「何人も、法律の定める手続きによらなければ、その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、
又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。」
