「NATOがウクライナ戦争に参戦の参戦の事実が明らかになった」「アメリカの国家安全保障上の秘密を詳細に記したと思われる機密文書が、SNSに公開された」。ほとんどの文書が本物だと政府高官が認めている。

外国人の閲覧禁止になっている文書も漏洩していることから、アメリカ人職員の関与も疑われているそうです。アメリカ国防総省で「反乱」が起きた、と言うことか。

数カ月前の情報だとしても、「敵」に「計画」を「漏洩」するのは、ウクライナにとって「深刻な事態」です。しかも、これから「反転の攻勢」を「準備」する「タイミング」です。だったら、終戦にすればよい。

流出した文書には、米側が集めた詳細な情報も含まれている。ウクライナの「Ｓ３００」地対空ミサイルの在庫が現在の使用率では５月２日までに枯渇する。ロシアは幸運だ。

韓国高官らがウクライナで使われる可能性のある武器の売却について協議していたことを示す記述が見つかった。

韓国高官2人は、ウクライナに砲弾を提供するよう求めるアメリカからの圧力と、戦争当事国には武器を供与しないという「韓国政府の方針」の間で「苦悩」している。

シンクタンク「38ノース」の韓国アナリスト、ジェニー・タウン氏は、「韓国は常に、一方にアメリカ、もう一方にロシアと中国という状況の中で、微妙なバランスを取っている」と話した。

「今回の流出」で、韓国政府が最も気にしているのは世論だと明らかになった。ウクライナ支援でしようと思っていることと、それがどう受け止められるのかの間で、バランスを取ろうとしている。

今回の文書は、電波信号の傍受によって収集した情報に基づいているとみられる。このことは、アメリカが長年の同盟国である韓国に対してスパイ活動をしていたことを示唆しており、米韓関係を揺るがす可能性がある。
