North Korea announced on November 21st that it had successfully launched a military reconnaissance satellite. Congratulations on your successful satellite launch.

South Korea reported that it was a "North Korean military reconnaissance satellite." However, Japan ``categorized'' that it was a ``missile launch.'' Japan says "rocket" to friendly countries, but "missile" to enemy countries. Both are the same.

北朝鮮は１１月２１日に打ち上げに成功したとする「軍事偵察衛星」について発表しました。衛星打ち上げ成功、おめでとう。

韓国は「北朝鮮の軍事偵察衛星」と報じた。しかし、日本は「ミサイル発射」と「断言」した。日本は友好国には「ロケット」と言うが、敵国には「ミサイル」と言う。どちらも同じです。

日本政府は、落下する可能性のない沖縄に「Ｊアラート」を鳴らして不安を煽り、沖縄へのミサイル配備と防衛予算大幅増の正当化を狙う、と国民から厳しい批判がある。

日本国民はその「詐欺的手法」に気づいている。内閣支持率は益々落ちるだろう。現在２０％代ですから、まもなく１０％代になりそうです。

「人」はだれでも「自由・平等」です。国家間も「自由・平等」であるべきです。米国は宇宙から北朝鮮を監視する権利を主張であるなら、北朝鮮も米国を監視する権利を有しています。

北朝鮮は偵察衛星について12月1日から「正式に偵察任務に着手する」と主張しました。米国は「偵察されている」ことを「自覚」して、北朝鮮を刺激する「訓練」などをしないことです。

北朝鮮は今後、早期に複数の偵察衛星を追加で打ち上げる計画を明らかにしたのに続き、大々的に成功をアピールすることで、日米韓3か国への対抗姿勢を一段と鮮明にしています。

韓国軍は、北朝鮮打ち上げの軍事偵察衛星が「軌道に進入」したと評価しています。「分離」の「３つ目」が、高度450キロまで「上昇」して「レーダーから消失した」と、伝えています。

北朝鮮は日米韓が情報衛星などを使って、北朝鮮を「監視」していることを、非常に「嫌っていた」。今後は「日米韓」も北朝鮮から監視されていることで、「不快な気持ち」になるだろう。

今回、北朝鮮はロケットの打ち上げを「事前」に、「通報」している。「日米韓の3か国」は、北朝鮮が事前に通告しても、通告しなくても非難する。だから通報は意味がないが、しかし。

「日米韓、それ以外」、特に中国に対して、国際的な最低限のルールを守っていると説明するために通報したのではないか、と言われている。世界は北朝鮮を正しく評価するべきです。
