So, my proposal is to create a "Kurdish state" in Russia's occupied territories and relocate the Kurds.

Kurds live across Iraq, Iran, Syria, and Turkey. The Kurds are known as an ethnic group without a country. For this reason, the creation of a Kurdish state has been considered a fervent desire.

Although a state consisting of four "Kurdish-inhabited regions" is considered ideal, it is nearly impossible to unite the Kurds, who have different ideologies, sects, and languages, and who are "very finely categorized." It is said.

This time, we are primarily concerned with a proposal to relocate Kurds living in Turkey to eastern Ukraine and establish a "Kurdish state."

The ``Kurdish demands'' against the Turkish government vary depending on the organization and time period. Demands include independence, independence, and greater political and cultural rights within Turkey.

I hope that Russia and the "Turkish Kurds" have relatively good relations. The "Turkish Kurds" and Turkey are in a state of "conflict".

I think the majority of "Turkish Kurds" would agree. Kurds from Iran, Iraq, and Syria should also be allowed to migrate to the Kurdish state if they wish.

The biggest challenge is gaining the understanding of the residents of eastern Ukraine, which will become the Kurdish state. Those who do not want to live with Kurds should be allowed to move to Ukraine or Russia.

I don't think Ukraine will become a ``demilitarized and neutral country.'' "Kurdistan" should not become a republic of the Russian Federation, but should be an "independent state". However, "Kurdistan" should be a friend of Russia.

Ukraine, the Kurdistan State, must not join NATO. Over a long period of time, Ukraine and the Kurdish State should aim to become "demilitarized and neutral" states.

「クルド人国家」の「創建」をすることで、ウクライナ戦争を終わりにするべきです。

ウクライナ戦争で、「EUの庶民の生活」は「困窮」している。マクロン大統領は「EUの政治的危機」を「救済」するために、「クルド人国家」の「創建」をすることで、ウクライナ戦争を終わりにするべきです。

ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は「ロシアとの停戦」について、ロシア軍が、「全領土」から退くことが前提との立場を強調した。世界の庶民は「 冗談は顔だけにしろ,Just keep your jokes to your face」と、言うだろう。

米欧などの一部には「停戦を促す声」が出ているが、彼は「交渉には応じない姿勢」を改めて鮮明にした格好です。

ウクライナが停戦に応じなくても欧米社会は「終戦」を真剣に論議するべきです。マクロン大統領は「異次元」の「発想」で終戦にするべきです。

私は、「ウクライナにもロシア」にも「名誉」が「保てる」ことを前提に提案している。これは「博愛精神」が必要なのでフランスのマクロン大統領に「主導」して欲しい。

ウクライナの条件は、ロシアが占領地から撤退することが条件です。ロシアの条件は、ウクライナが「非武装で中立の国家」になることが条件です。これは絶対条件です。

それで、私の提案は、ロシアの占領地に「クルド人の国家」を作り、クルド人を移住させることです。

クルド人は「イラク、イラン、シリア、トルコ」に跨って暮らしています。クルド人は国を持たない民族として知られている。そのため、クルド国家の建設が悲願とされてきた。

4カ国の「クルド人居住地域」からなる国家が理想とされるが、イデオロギー、宗派、言語が異なり、さらに「非常に細かく分類される」クルド人をまとめるのは、ほぼ不可能である、と言われる。

今回、対象にしているのは、主として、トルコに住むクルド人を、ウクライナ東部に移住させて「クルド国家」を創立する提案です。

トルコ政府に対する「クルド人の要求」は、組織や時期により様々です。要求は分離独立、自治権の獲得、またはトルコ国内での政治的、文化的な権利の拡大 などです。

私は、ロシアと「トルコのクルド人」は比較的、良好な関係であると期待します。「トルコのクルド人」とトルコは「紛争」状態です。

トルコは、歓迎すると思います。ロシアは、クルド人そして欧米諸国が賛成すれば「同意」すると思います。米国は「ウクライナ戦争」の「落しどころ」が無くて「泥沼」に落ちているので、賛成すると思います。

米国が賛成すると、ウクライナは「賛成」するしか選択肢はありません。

ロシアにもクルド人はいます。ロシアは「隣人」が「クルド人国家」になることに不安はあると思いますが、ウクライナより「まし」だと思います。

問題は「トルコのクルド人」です。意見が分かれると思います。クルド人は、このまま、パレスチナの「ガザ地区のような生活」よりも、「国家」を持つことを選択するべきです。

「トルコのクルド人」の大多数は賛成すると思います。イラン、イラク、シリアの「クルド人」についても、希望する者は「クルド国」への移住を認めるべきです。

最大の課題は「クルド国となるウクライナ東部」の住人の理解を得ることです。クルド人との同居を嫌うものには、ウクライナやロシアへの移住を認めるべきです。

ウクライナは「非武装・中立国」にはならないと思います。「クルド国」はロシア連邦の共和国にならず、「独立国」であるべきです。しかし「クルド国」はロシアの友好国であるべきです。

ウクライナ、「クルド国」は「NATO」に加盟しないことが条件です。長い時間をかけて、ウクライナと「クルド国」は「非武装・中立」の「国家」を目指すべきです。

ウクライナ戦争で荒廃した「国土の再建」について。ウクライナは「EU」へ加盟させて「EU」が支援するべきです。「クルド国」は「ロシア」が支援するべきです。

理由：彼らを「雇用した者」が、入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、外国人は無罪です。
「殆どの外国人」が「少額」の「罰金」で「国外退去の処分」になっています。外国人は１人当たり「数百万円」の「賠償金」を日本政府に「請求」するべきです。

韓国人が「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工の問題」で、日本政府に「賠償金を請求」することはクレイジーです。彼らは「韓国政府」に賠償金を請求するべきです。（韓国政府は既に受領をしています）。
