In terms of content, I would like the Russian-occupied eastern part of Ukraine to be handed over free of charge to the Kurdish people, who do not have a state, as the territory of the Kurdish state.

Jews used to be synonymous with ``a people without a homeland,'' but now the Kurds, numbering around 30 million people, are the largest in the world.

Currently, 13 million people live in Turkey, 5.7 million in Iran, 4.2 million in Iraq, 1 million in Syria, and 400,000 in the former Soviet Union territories of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Furthermore, many people have become refugees in Western countries. They also live in Japan as "refugees." Some Kurds living in Japan are treated as "terrorists" by the Turkish government. they are being persecuted.

Turkey pursued a thorough assimilation policy toward the Kurds, and the government adopted the position that ``There is no Kurdish ethnic group, but only the Mountain Turks.''

In the 1980s, when the independence movement by the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) gained momentum, Turkey once again stepped up its military suppression efforts. Furthermore, it has "intensified" its "repression," including imposing prison sentences on members of the Turkish parliament who spoke in Kurdish.

The war in Ukraine could be ended by turning eastern Ukraine into a Kurdish state. President Zelensky's demand is to expel Russia from the occupied territories. This fulfills his request.

President Putin's demands are to deny Ukraine's membership in NATO and to make Ukraine a ``demilitarized and neutral state''.

If this continues, the demands of both sides will not be met, and the war will continue "forever." However, if the United States does not pay for the war, Ukraine will have no choice but to surrender unconditionally.

If Ukraine "unconditionally surrenders", America's "face" will be damaged. Western society's support for Ukraine will cause turmoil in the "politics and economy of each country."

Although the Turkish government is ``suppressing'' the Kurdish people in the country, there are enough cases where the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and ``rebel organizations'' ``cause terrorism.''

It is a shame for NATO to continue to "oppress" the Kurdish people in Turkey. However, ``NATO'' does not have the ``power'' to support Kurdish independence.

The Turkish government has ``certified'' the ``Japan Kurdish Cultural Association,'' an ``organization of Turkey's ethnic Kurdish minority,'' residing in Kawaguchi City, Japan, and the association's representative as ``supporters of a terrorist organization.'' It also decided to "freeze assets" "in Turkey."

Please, President Macron. Please negotiate with President Putin so that eastern Ukraine can be "founded" as a Kurdish state. And please persuade the leaders of the EU and NATO.

The war in Ukraine should realistically be brought to an end. If this continues, it will be a "victory" for Russia. However, this means that the war will start again. By making Russia's occupied territories a "Kurdish state," there will be no "winners" or "losers."

私は「既」に、フランスのマクロン大統領に「要望」を投稿している。マクロン大統領は、プーチン大統領と協議をしてください。

「内容」は、ロシアが占領した「ウクライナ東部」を、国家を持たない「クルド民族」に、「クルド国家の領土」として無償で譲り渡していただきたい。

「祖国を持たない民族」といえば、かつてはユダヤ人がその代名詞みたいなものだったが、現在では約３０００万人のクルド人が世界最大だ。

今ではトルコ領に１３００万人、イラン領に５７０万人、イラク領に４２０万人、シリア領に１００万人、旧ソ連領のアルメニアやアゼルバイジャンに４０万人が住んでいる。

更に、欧米各国へ難民となっている人たちも多い。彼らは日本にも「難民」として住んでいます。日本住むクルド人の一部は、トルコ政府が「テロリスト」扱いしています。彼らは迫害を受けている。

トルコではクルド人に対して徹底した同化政策が進められ、政府は「クルド人という民族は存在せず、山岳トルコ人なら存在する」という立場を採った。

１９８０年代に入ってクルド労働者党（ＰＫＫ）による独立運動が盛んになると、トルコは再び武力鎮圧を強化した。さらに、トルコ国会でクルド語を使った議員を懲役刑にするなどの、「弾圧」を「強めた」。

ウクライナ東部を「クルド国」にすることで、ウクライナ戦争は終戦出来ます。ゼレンスキー大統領の要求は、占領地からロシアを追い出すことです。これで彼の要求は満たされます。

プーチン大統領の要求はウクライナの「ＮＡＴＯ」への加盟を認めない・ウクライナを「非武装・中立の国家」にすることです。

このままでは、両者の要求は満たされず、戦争は「永遠」に続きます。但し、ウクライナは米国が戦費を負担しなければ「無条件降伏」するしかありません。

ウクライナが「無条件降伏」するとアメリカの「体面」が傷つきます。欧米社会は、ウクライナ支援で、「各国の政治、経済」は混乱します。

トルコ政府は、国内のクルド人を「抑え込んでいる」が、クルド労働者党（ＰＫＫ）や「反政府組織」が、「テロを起こす」ことは十分あります。

トルコのクルド人を「弾圧」したままでは、「ＮＡＴＯ」の「恥」です。しかし「NATO」はクルド人の独立を支援する「力」がない。

トルコ政府は、日本の川口市に在留する「トルコの少数民族クルド人の団体」である「日本クルド文化協会」と同協会の代表者を「テロ組織の支援者」に「認定」した。そして「トルコ国内」の「資産の凍結」を決定した。

マクロン大統領に、お願いします。ウクライナ東部をクルド人の国家として「建国」できるようにプーチン大統領と協議してください。そして「ＥＵ」そして「NATO」の首脳を説得してください。

ウクライナ戦争は現実的に終戦にするべきです。このままではロシアの「勝利」です。しかし、これでは、また戦争がはじまります。ロシアの占領地を「クルド国家」とすることで、「勝者」も「敗者」も存在しないことになります。

ゼレンスキー大統領は「関係国」の決定を受け入れざるを得ないと思います。彼はロシアが隣人にならないことを喜ぶべきです。私の「過去の投稿も参考にしてください」。

「２」「不法就労（資格外の活動」を行って逮捕された外国は「ほとんどの場合」無罪です。＊＊＊
理由：彼らを「雇用した者」が、入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、外国人は無罪です。
「殆どの外国人」が「少額」の「罰金」で「国外退去の処分」になっています。外国人は１人当たり「数百万円」の「賠償金」を日本政府に「請求」するべきです。

韓国人が「慰安婦問題」や「徴用工の問題」で、日本政府に「賠償金を請求」することはクレイジーです。彼らは「韓国政府」に賠償金を請求するべきです。（韓国政府は既に受領をしています）。
