Yomiuri Shimbun: 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the end of the war. Where will the world go as the US-led international order and the rules and norms that have supported it are greatly shaken? I continue to advocate for the "G3MA".

Pax Americana: An expression referring to the international order after World War II, when the US took the lead as a superpower. Pax means "peace" in Latin. With the inauguration of the second Trump administration, I assert that "Pax Americana is over."

The era when the Roman Empire flourished was called Pax Romana, and the era when the British Empire held hegemony was called Pax Britannica. He says that an era of groping in the dark has begun for liberal countries, including Japan.

Former US Ambassador Sasae says this is the end of "the US that provided military power to the world." We must respond to the era of "protecting yourself with your own strength" that Trump has thrust upon us!

Even before Trump appeared, Sasae said, the world was no longer a system in which the United States was the center and driving force.

The backlash and harm caused by multilateralism and globalization have manifested themselves in the form of disparities between rich and poor, cultural conflicts, and diversification of values, and the centrifugal force of dispersion rather than integration is growing stronger, Sasae said.

With countries that challenge the United States, such as China and Russia, in mind, Sasae said that it is not enough to just say nice things unless we strive to maintain our national interests backed by our strength. Trumpism is a diplomacy that frankly expresses the reality from the American perspective.

I have argued that the United States, Russia, and China should form a "Tripartite Military Alliance" (G3MA) and work together to "maintain peace" before the world falls into chaos.

Biden believed that Russia, which dominates Europe with "energy resources," could be "contained" by military force. Since his time as vice president, he has been "plotting" a coup in Ukraine.

Biden's excessive actions resulted in the seizure of the Crimean Peninsula from Ukraine. Yet he continued to relentlessly provoke Russia.

President Obama did not approve Vice President Biden's "proposal for war with Russia in Crimea." Obama declared, "The United States will cease to be the world's policeman."

However, Biden used "all means" to defeat Trump and become the President of the United States. The United States was completely "divided." He also completely "divided" the world.

Biden stirred up "fear of Russia" in the world and forced each country to increase "military spending" and purchase "American weapons." Military spending and support for Ukraine made people's lives difficult.

The governments of Europe and Japan completely surrendered to Biden and supported Ukraine. Economic sanctions against Russia caused extreme inflation in Western countries more than Russia. People are still struggling to make ends meet.

The American people thought that the "end" of the Ukraine war was impossible under the Biden administration. So the American people elected Trump as president, who declared that he would end the Ukrainian war within 24 hours.

What the Ukrainian war has shown us is that the United States cannot protect "world peace." No expert can deny this. Everyone is convinced that this is the end of the United States, which has provided military power to the world.

Eighty years have passed since the end of the war in which the United States was the only superpower, and the world's super military powers are the United States, Russia, and China. That is why I have been calling for the creation of a "Tripartite Military Alliance (G3MA)" by the United States, Russia, and China, and for the protection of world peace by the three countries.

President Trump, President Putin, and President Xi Jinping should form the "G3MA" as soon as possible. People of the world, please support the formation of the "G3MA" to realize world peace.

Part 2: Immigration Law Violation Cases, Sunday Edition

Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.

I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.

I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.

However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.

I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.

A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?

The Democratic Party's legal advisor says that all those who graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute have the same answer. This is proof that Japan is not "governed under the law".

I asked the Japan Bar Association for support. They said that the JFBA does not have the "power" to solve the problem. Japan's "judicial system" is crazy.

I have "emailed" "political parties and Diet members", as well as "the Prime Minister's Office and the Human Rights Bureau" on "Facebook and (X)", but they are still ignoring me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."
"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."
They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)
2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.

読売新聞：2025年は戦後80年の節目。米国主導の国際秩序とそれを支えてきたルールや規範が大きく揺らぐ中、世界はどこへ向かうのか。私は「G3MA」を提唱しつづけている。

パクス・アメリカーナ：米国が超大国として主導権を握った第2次世界大戦後の国際秩序を指す表現。パックスはラテン語で「平和」の意味。第2次トランプ政権発足で「パクス・アメリカーナは終わった」と断言する。

ローマ帝国が栄えた時代をパックス・ロマーナ、大英帝国が覇権を握った時代をパックス・ブリタニカと呼んだ。日本を含む自由主義諸国にとって暗中模索の時代が始まったと語る。

佐々江元米国大使は「世界に軍事力を提供した米国」の終焉と語る。トランプが突きつけた「自分の力で自分の身を守る」時代に対応しなくてはならない！

多国間主義やグローバル化による反動や弊害が、貧富の格差や文化の対立、価値観の多様化といった形で現れ、統合よりも分散の遠心力が強まっていると佐々江氏は言う。

中国やロシアなどアメリカに挑戦する国を念頭に、もう一度力に裏打ちされた国益の維持に努めなければ、ただいいことを言うだけではダメだと佐々江氏は言う。トランプ主義とは、こうしたアメリカ目線の現実を率直に表現した外交である。

私は世界が混乱に陥る前に、米国、ロシア、中国が「三国軍事同盟」（G3MA）を結成し、共同で「平和を維持」すべきだと主張してきた。

バイデンは「エネルギー資源」で欧州を支配するロシアを軍事力で「封じ込める」ことができると考えていた。副大統領時代からウクライナでクーデターを「企て」てきた。

バイデンの行き過ぎた行動は、ウクライナからクリミア半島を奪う結果となった。それでも彼は執拗にロシアを挑発し続けた。

オバマ大統領はバイデン副大統領の「クリミアでのロシアとの戦争提案」を承認しなかった。オバマは「米国は世界の警察官であることをやめます」と宣言した。

しかし、バイデンは「あらゆる手段」を使ってトランプを倒し、米国大統領になった。米国は完全に「分断」された。彼はまた、世界を完全に「分断」した。

バイデンは世界に「ロシアへの恐怖」を煽り、各国に「軍事費」の増額と「米国製武器」の購入を強いた。軍事費とウクライナ支援は国民生活を困難にした。

欧州や日本政府はバイデンに全面的に屈服し、ウクライナを支援した。ロシアに対する経済制裁は、ロシア以上に西側諸国を極度のインフレに陥れた。国民は今も生活に苦しんでいる。

米国民は、バイデン政権下ではウクライナ戦争の「終結」は不可能だと考えた。そこで米国民は、24時間以内にウクライナ戦争を終わらせると宣言したトランプ氏を大統領に選んだ。

ウクライナ戦争が我々に示したのは、米国は「世界平和」を守れないということだ。専門家は誰もこれを否定できない。これが世界に軍事力を提供してきた米国の終焉だと誰もが確信している。

米国が唯一の超大国だった戦争終結から80年が経ち、世界の超軍事大国は米国、ロシア、中国だ。だからこそ私は、米国、ロシア、中国による「三国軍事同盟（G3MA）」の創設と、三国による世界平和の保護を訴えてきました。

トランプ大統領、プーチン大統領、習近平国家主席は、できるだけ早く「G3MA」を結成すべきです。世界の皆さん、世界平和を実現するために、「G3MA」の結成を応援してください。

第2部「入管法違反事件」「日曜版」

「第7章」。私が「刑期満了」で「刑務所」から「釈放」されたとき、新聞を読んでいたらフィリピン大使館で同様の事件が起きていた。

フィリッピンの外交官、大使館職員やフィリッピン人の運転手などが、私と同じ被害にあっています。
私は、この事件、も、「刑事告発criminal accusation」しています。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。

私は東京地方検察庁、東京高等検察庁、最高検察庁に、私の「告訴状」、中国人やフィリッピン人の「告発状」を提出しました。

しかし、いずれも「不受理」。検察が受理して「不起訴」にした場合は、私は「検察審査会」に「起訴」の請求ができますが、「不受理」には「対抗」する「手段」がありません。

私は、政党や国会議員にも訴えました。しかし、全て無視されました。
市会議員が、民主党の顧問弁護士の所に同行しました。しかし、顧問弁護士の回答は、「正犯the principal offense」が有罪であれば「ほう助罪」は成立するとの回答です。彼は本当に弁護士だろうか？

民主党の顧問弁護士は、司法研修所を卒業したものは、皆、同じ回答だと言います。これは、日本が「法に下で統治」されていない証拠です。

日本弁護士会に支援を求めた。日弁連には問題を解決する「力」がないとの答えだった。日本の「司法制度」は狂っている。

私は、「フェイスブックや（X）」などで、「政党や国会議員」、そして「首相官邸や人権擁護局」に「メール」をしていますが、未だに無視しています。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。（不法行為です）。
罪名は、「特別公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽の告訴罪=Crimes of False Complaints」です。


私の「個人的な見解」では、検察官は「職権」によって「刑事告訴」と「刑事告発」を「隠蔽」した。そのため「時効」が停止されている。

「第８章」。この事件は「法的」には「適用法の誤り」です。
「適用法の誤り」は「刑事訴訟法」で「再審請求」の対象から外れています。

しかし「事件に関わったや察官や警察官」の「犯罪が立証」されると再審請求が出来ます。

1.この事件の「特別公務員」の罪名は「特別公務員職権乱用罪」です。
彼らは「犯罪の嫌疑がない」のに「逮捕」した。そして「拘留」までした。（大陪審の判例がある）。
2.そして「虚偽の告訴の罪」です。彼らは、私達を犯罪人にするために、「起訴」して「裁判」で有罪までした事実です。

再審請求は、私達や検察が出来ます。
私は検察が罪を認めて、検察が「再審請求」をするべきだとの認識です。

私は諦めません。事件から１５年です。

この事件を解決できる国は「アメリカ国」だけです。
トランプ氏は前大統領時代、私に約束しました。
彼は、「私は、貴方が満足のいく方法で解決します」と、署名入りで返事をくれた。
私は、今度こそ、約束を守ってくれることを期待しています。

トランプ大統領、一緒に「ラストベルトの復活」と「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」を作りましょう。
そしてパナマ運河を補充する、コンテナ専用の貨物列車「アメリカ、リニア運河鉄道」でカリブ海から太平洋までを２時間で横断しましょう。
