If American right-wing extremists who went to Ukraine get their hands on easy-to-use

President Trump said that he was "trying to end the war as soon as possible" regarding the situation in Ukraine, emphasizing his intention to seek an early ceasefire. The American people believe that the war will end if the United States does not support it.

Trump said that President Zelensky told him that he "wanted to make a deal." Ukraine is the "global command center" of terrorists. President Trump should keep Zelensky at a distance.

2022: The US government has made strengthening the Ukrainian military a top priority, and has accepted the risk of weapons being "diverted," so it was concerned that "Ukraine, which receives a large amount of weapons support from the United States and other Western countries, will become a huge weapons "black hole" in the future."

Mr. Bileski, who established the Azov Regiment, is the head of a far-right political party, and since many of the early members were far-right ideologists, the Russian side criticized it as a "neo-Nazi group that oppresses Russian residents" and used it as an excuse to invade Ukraine.

The Ukrainian government asked the Azov Regiment to be "depoliticized" when it was incorporated into the National Guard, so Mr. Bilesky and his team left the regiment, but they are said to have had deep ties to the regiment, and in 2015 the U.S. House of Representatives recognized the regiment as "neo-Nazi."

However, due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the U.S. has been turning a blind eye to the "neo-Nazi problem" of the Azov Regiment and providing a large amount of military support, but what is concerning is that a number of extreme right-wingers from the U.S. and other countries have joined the Azov Regiment as volunteer soldiers.

The September 2001 terrorist attacks were perpetrated by Al-Qaeda, which benefited from support from the U.S., but in recent years, the threat of terrorism in the U.S. has been shifting from foreign Islamic extremists to domestic extreme right-wingers such as white supremacists.

If American extreme right-wingers who travel to Ukraine get their hands on easy-to-use high-tech weapons provided by their own government to the Ukrainian military, is there a possibility that they could cause a large-scale terrorist attack in the U.S.? It's a horrifying story to even think about.

There is no end to the white extremists heading to Ukraine to "fight the CIA and Jewish conspiracies."

Some are heading to Ukraine to gain combat experience in a "civil war" to overthrow the current Western regime.

Regardless of whether Russia invades or not, the risk of "returning from Ukraine" turning to terrorism in the West is increasing.

The threat of the Ukraine crisis is not just "whether or not the Russian military will invade." Even if the Russian military does not invade, the risk of Ukraine becoming a "second Syria" that exports terrorism to the world is already becoming a reality.

Ambassador Nebenzia argued at the UN Security Council that Syrian rebels, such as the Islamist group HTS, "not only do not hide the fact that they are supported by Ukraine, but openly flaunt it."

The Syrian interim government was established with the support of Ukraine. Zelensky wants to be allied with the Syrian interim government, but the HTS government also wants to maintain ties with Russia.

It has been pointed out for some time that Ukraine is the world's "headquarters" of "terrorist organizations," but the Biden administration has "restricted" "reporting." It has finally been liberated.

The Trump administration should sever ties with the Ukrainian government for the sake of America, rather than Russia. The United States should investigate the "destination" of the "large amount of weapons" it has given to Ukraine and retrieve them.

Part 2: Immigration Law Violation Cases, Sunday Edition

Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.

I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.

I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.

However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.

I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.

A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?

The Democratic Party's legal advisor says that all those who graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute have the same answer. This is proof that Japan is not "governed under the law".

I asked the Japan Bar Association for support. They said that the JFBA does not have the "power" to solve the problem. Japan's "judicial system" is crazy.

I have "emailed" "political parties and Diet members", as well as "the Prime Minister's Office and the Human Rights Bureau" on "Facebook and (X)", but they are still ignoring me.

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

The charges are "Abuse of the authority of a special public official" and "Crimes of False Complaints".

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Chapter 8." This case is "legally" an "error in the application of law."
"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

1. The charge against the "special public officials" in this case is "abuse of the authority of special public officials."
They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)
2. And it is "the crime of false accusation." It is a fact that they "indicted" us and even found us guilty in a "trial" in order to make us criminals.

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

President Trump, let's work together to "revive the Rust Belt" and create a "special zone on the Mexican border."

And let's cross the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean in two hours with the "American Linear Canal Railway," a freight train dedicated to containers that will replenish the Panama Canal.

トランプ大統領は、ウクライナ情勢について「できるだけ早く戦争を終わらせようとしている」と述べ、早期停戦を目指す考えを強調した。米国民は米国が支援をしなければ終戦になると信じている。

トランプ氏は、ゼレンスキー大統領から「ディール（取引）したい」と伝えられたと述べた。ウクライナはテロリストの「世界の司令塔だ」。トランプ大統領はゼレンスキーを遠ざけるべきだ。

２０２２年：米国政府はウクライナ軍の軍備増強を最優先としており、兵器が「横流し」されるリスクを甘受していることから、「米国を始め西側諸国が大量の武器を支援するウクライナが今後、巨大な兵器の『ブラックホール』になってしまう」との懸念していた。

アゾフ連隊を立ち上げたビレスキー氏は極右政党のトップであり、初期の隊員には極右思想家が多かったことから、「ロシア系住民を抑圧するネオナチ集団だ」とロシア側は非難し、ウクライナ侵攻の口実にした「いわくつきの集団」だ。

ウクライナ政府は国家親衛隊への編入に当たってアゾフ連隊に「非政治化」を求めたことから、ビレスキー氏らは隊を去ったが、その後も同連隊と深いつながりがあるとされており、米下院は2015年、同連隊のことを「ネオナチ」と認定していた。

だが、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻のせいでアゾフ連隊の「ネオナチ問題」に目をつぶり、米国から大量の軍事支援が行われているのが現状だが、気になるのはアゾフ連隊に米国を始め海外の極右主義者が義勇兵として少なからず合流していることだ。

2001年9月の同時多発テロは米国からの支援で恩恵に浴したアルカイダの犯行だったが、米国内のテロの脅威は近年、イスラム過激主義の外国人ではなく、白人至上主義者など国内の極右主義者に変わりつつある。

ウクライナに渡った米国の極右主義者が、自国政府がウクライナ軍に提供した取り扱いが容易なハイテク武器を手に入れれば、米国内で大規模テロを引き起こす可能性はないだろうか。考えるだけでもぞっとする話だ。

「CIAやユダヤ人の陰謀と戦うために」ウクライナを目指す白人過激派は後を絶たない。

なかには欧米の現体制を打倒する「内戦」を目指し、実戦経験を積むためにウクライナに向かう者もいる。

ロシアが侵攻するかしないかにかかわらず、「ウクライナ帰り」が欧米でテロに向かうリスクは高まっている。

「ロシア軍の侵攻があるかないか」だけがウクライナ危機の脅威ではない。たとえロシア軍の侵攻がなくても、ウクライナが世界中にテロを輸出する「第二のシリア」になるリスクは、すでに現実のものになりつつあるからだ。

ネベンジャ大使は国連安全保障理事会で、イスラム主義組織（HTS）などのシリア反政府勢力は、「ウクライナから支援を受けているという事実を隠さないばかりか、公然と誇示している」と主張。

シリアの暫定政権はウクライナの支援で樹立された。ゼレンスキー氏はシリア暫定政権と同盟を望んでいるが、（HTS）政権は、ロシアとの関係も維持したい意向だ。

ウクライナが「テロ組織」の世界の「総本山」であることが以前より指摘されていたが、バイデン政権により「報道」が「制限」されてきた。やっと解放された。

トランプ政権は、ロシアのことよりもアメリカのためにウクライナ政権と関係を断つべきだ。米国はウクライナに渡した「大量の武器」の「行先」を調査して、回収するべきだ。

第2部「入管法違反事件」「日曜版」

「第7章」。私が「刑期満了」で「刑務所」から「釈放」されたとき、新聞を読んでいたらフィリピン大使館で同様の事件が起きていた。

フィリッピンの外交官、大使館職員やフィリッピン人の運転手などが、私と同じ被害にあっています。
私は、この事件、も、「刑事告発criminal accusation」しています。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。

私は東京地方検察庁、東京高等検察庁、最高検察庁に、私の「告訴状」、中国人やフィリッピン人の「告発状」を提出しました。

しかし、いずれも「不受理」。検察が受理して「不起訴」にした場合は、私は「検察審査会」に「起訴」の請求ができますが、「不受理」には「対抗」する「手段」がありません。

私は、政党や国会議員にも訴えました。しかし、全て無視されました。
市会議員が、民主党の顧問弁護士の所に同行しました。しかし、顧問弁護士の回答は、「正犯the principal offense」が有罪であれば「ほう助罪」は成立するとの回答です。彼は本当に弁護士だろうか？

民主党の顧問弁護士は、司法研修所を卒業したものは、皆、同じ回答だと言います。これは、日本が「法に下で統治」されていない証拠です。

日本弁護士会に支援を求めた。日弁連には問題を解決する「力」がないとの答えだった。日本の「司法制度」は狂っている。

私は、「フェイスブックや（X）」などで、「政党や国会議員」、そして「首相官邸や人権擁護局」に「メール」をしていますが、未だに無視しています。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。（不法行為です）。
罪名は、「特別公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽の告訴罪=Crimes of False Complaints」です。

私の「個人的な見解」では、検察官は「職権」によって「刑事告訴」と「刑事告発」を「隠蔽」した。そのため「時効」が停止されている。

「第８章」。この事件は「法的」には「適用法の誤り」です。
「適用法の誤り」は「刑事訴訟法」で「再審請求」の対象から外れています。

しかし「事件に関わったや察官や警察官」の「犯罪が立証」されると再審請求が出来ます。

1.この事件の「特別公務員」の罪名は「特別公務員職権乱用罪」です。
彼らは「犯罪の嫌疑がない」のに「逮捕」した。そして「拘留」までした。（大陪審の判例がある）。
2.そして「虚偽の告訴の罪」です。彼らは、私達を犯罪人にするために、「起訴」して「裁判」で有罪までした事実です。

再審請求は、私達や検察が出来ます。
私は検察が罪を認めて、検察が「再審請求」をするべきだとの認識です。

私は諦めません。事件から１５年です。

この事件を解決できる国は「アメリカ国」だけです。
トランプ氏は前大統領時代、私に約束しました。
彼は、「私は、貴方が満足のいく方法で解決します」と、署名入りで返事をくれた。
私は、今度こそ、約束を守ってくれることを期待しています。

トランプ大統領、一緒に「ラストベルトの復活」と「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」を作りましょう。
そしてパナマ運河を補充する、コンテナ専用の貨物列車「アメリカ、リニア運河鉄道」でカリブ海から太平洋までを２時間で横断しましょう。
