2010年に入管法に違反した「私と中国人」、2013年にフィリピン大使館職員と外交官らも同じ理由で処罰された。

国際社会の圧力を受け、日本政府は入管法を改正した。
しかし、日本政府は「私と中国人、フィリピン人」に「謝罪」していない。「名誉回復や賠償」もしていない。
