2017 秋の太陽感謝祭 Fall's Taiyo Thanksgiving in 2017

9月30日、月末の土曜の秋晴れの日！

仁木田(株)の日頃の感謝を込めた、地域の方々とのふれあい
第４回 太陽感謝祭がありました！

On Saturday, September 30th, clear day.
Thanks to Nikita Co., Ltd. we had an event to deepen our friendship
with the community, the 4th Taiyo thanksgiving was held.



この日は商品販売に食べものを始め、日頃 当事業所に通いながら作成してきた
手づくり小物と、秋の収穫で早稲ミカン、

◯ A型 食の商品
鶏の唐揚げ、サーターアンダギー、レトルトカレー、サンドイッチ、
ポップコーン、沖縄ソバ、焼そば

◯ Ｂ型 雑貨な商品
アイロンビーズ、エコクラフト、裂き編みマット、ぽち袋、ピーズの小物、
食器類、その他

On this day, products sale and meals were offered,
the handicrafts we made daily and fall's mikans.
-Type A's meals
Fried chechekn, Sata andagi, pre-packaged curry, sandwitch,
Popcorn, Okinawan soba, Yakisoba

-Type B's products of general goods
Iron Beads, Eco Craft, knitting mats, porches, beads accessory,
meals, etc...

も、お二方 個々の飛び入り参加で盛り上げて頂きました。

土曜日とあって、こちらの利用者さん 職員さんも参加の、家族連れや 福祉関係の方、
通りがかりの人などもたくさん来られて、日頃の成果と励み、そして感謝の一日となりました。

今後も、太陽工房がんばって行けるよう、引き続き宜しくお願い致します。

皆さま 朝早くから、お疲れさまでした。

Because of it was Saturaday, so many users and staff attended,
some came with their family, people who are related welfare,
and so on, visited and had good results and courage, it became thankfull day.
From now on, we Taiyo Koubou do our best, so please support us kindly.

仁木田新年会 Nikita New Year's Party

一昨日1月12日、車で10分程いくところ・・

松原の大村夢ファーム"シュシュ内"にある「ぶどう畑のれすとらん」にて、
太陽工房 就労Ａ.Ｂ合同の新年会が行われました。

At "Budoubatake no Restaurant" in Matsubara's Omura Yume Farm Chou Chou, we had new year party



時間的にも、お昼に合わせたシュシュおすすめな、ランチバイキング！を堪能！

新鮮野菜と果実やアイス、手作りパンなど、数ある種類豊富なメニュー
の中から、好きなものを好きなだけ！

We enjoyed recommended lunch buffet.
Fresh vegitables, fruits, ice cream handmade bread,
so many rich variety of menu, we ate what we like as much as we want.



おいしく、満腹と満足に満点..☆ な、アッという間の2時間でした！

参加者数も32名と、年明け行事に相応しい盛況ぶり！！

It was delicious and we were full and scored 100% The time passed so fast.
32 persons gathered, we enjoyed a lot suitable to new year!!




社長の気遣いとスタッフさん方のお心遣い、ありがとうございます。

今年もお一人おひとりが作ってゆく太陽工房、これからも宜しくお願いします..♪

作業 Works

急に寒くなったり暖かくなったり、気温差が激しい日が続きますね。

太陽工房のメンバーは徐々に増えつつあります。そんな中、新しく始まった作業がいくつかあります。

今日はその中のひとつ、「エコクラフト」を紹介します。エコクラフトでは古紙から再生された環境に優しい丈夫な素材の紙バンドを使います。針や糸を使わずに、カゴやバッグを編むことができます。仕上げにニスを塗れば光沢が増し、強度も上がります。

It gets cold and warm suddenly, the difference of the temperature is very heavy.
The members of Taiyo Koubou is about to increase. Meanwhile there are newly began works.
Today introduce one of them, Eco Craft. Eco Craft uses reused old paper that is environmentally friend bands.
It is able to knit without a needle or a string, baskets or bags.
If it's finished with using varnish it shines and strength will be increased.

新しいメンバーのTさんの希望からエコクラフトの作業は始まりました。今は2人ほどで、今富事務所内の作業場を使って、和気あいあいと製品作りに励んでいます。

できるかぎり、一人ひとりの希望やペースに合った作業を提供できたら…と考えております。まだ新しい作業もありますが、それはまた後日…（*^_^*）

Newcomer T hoped to make Eco Craft and began. Now, using a workplace in Imadomi office, about 2 persons making friendly.
As possible as it can, we hope we could offer the products that meet customers' requests.
There are still more new works, I'm going to introduce you about it later...（*^_^*）

地域交流祭 The Community Interact Day

秋晴れが続き、過ごしやすい季節ですね。

太陽工房がオープンして、今月で１年が経ちました。地域の中の様々な人に、たくさん支えられて動いてきました。

でも、太陽工房って何をしているところなの？どんな人がいるの？
そんな方もいらっしゃるかと思います。

２４日(土)に宮小路１丁目の太陽工房駐車場内で、みなさんとふれあうべく、２回目の地域交流会を企画しました。１０時から１５時まであります。

テイクアウトもできる特製カレー、新製品のあかね豚の角煮、腿付きから揚げ、ポテトフライ、手作りサンドイッチ、甘～いみかんを販売予定です。その場で食べられる場所も用意しています。

また、ビーズアクセサリーや小物、手作り風車や陶器などいろいろなバザーもあります。

この機会にぜひ、お気軽に交流会にお立ち寄りください。太陽工房一同、みなさんのお越しをお待ちしています。


It's easy to spend time in the fall weather.
It's been a year since Taiyo Koubou has been established.
We were working by the support of the community.
However, what does Taiyo Koubou do? What kind of people are there?
There are people who think so.
We held second community day to come in touch, at the parking lot of Taiyo Koubou at Miyashoji on Saturday, 24th.
We are think to sell packed special curry, stewed Akane pig, fried chicken with thighs, french fries, handmade sandwitch, sweet orange.
There is a place you can eat sooner.
Plus, beads accessories, samll items, and handmade windmill, and potteries are on sale.
Please come and enjoy at this oppotunity. We are waiting for you.

バーベキュー BBQ

梅雨も明けそうな時季となりました。ぐんぐん気温も上がり、暑いですね。そんな中、休日にメンバー（利用者・職員）の有志が集まり、B型作業場の交流会を兼ねたバーベキューをしました。

それぞれ役割分担をして、鉄板や食材、ドリンク類を用意して集まりました。外部からの参加も数名ありました。

仕事の都合があって少し立ち寄るだけの人、最初からのんびり準備をする人、ただひたすら飲んだり食べたりする人、鉄板で食材を焼く人、ビール片手に熱く語る人、包丁や電子レンジで食材を加工する人…さまざまな形で参加され、普段の仕事では見られないメンバーの一面を知ったりして、とても充実した交流会だったと思われます。

わたしはいままで職場での交流会にはほとんど関わったことがなく、また、大人数での集まりにも慣れていなかったので、大変緊張して参加しました。どう立ちふるまえばいいかばかり考えて、その日の朝から不安でした。

参加してみると、仕事場とは少し違うリラックスした雰囲気でメンバーがいたので、安心してその場になじむことができました。

プライベートでも付き合えるくらい、メンバー同士で楽しく過ごせることが必要だと感じました。仕事だけで割り切ってしまう関係ではなく、仲間と交流が深まれば、相手に対しても変に緊張したりしないで、飾らず素のままで生きてゆくことができるでしょう。ありのままという言葉が流行りましたが、普段から等身大の自分で生活できるなら、日々の仕事も楽しめると思います。

バーベキューはそのきっかけになったのではないでしょうか。

The rainy season is almost over. The temperature is going up, and it's so hot outside.
During that time volunteer members gathered and had BBQ along with exchange meeting of continuous employ support office Type B,
Divided roles, gathered preparing iron plates and ingredients, and also drinks.
Some have participated from outside.
People just stopped by because of their works, people who were relaxing from the beginning, people just eat and drink, people who make foods, people who talk passionately with beer in their hands, people who used knife and microwave to make some meals… they attended several different styles, it was a great day that you can’t see members’ unusual aspects.
I was pretty nervous because I haven’t participated a party with many coworkers.
However, once I took part in the party they all relaxed different from at work, I felt relieved.
It is necessary to spend fun time with members that I can hang out with members in a private.
If you have good relationships with your coworkers, you won’t be nervous and can be being true yourself at work.
The phrase of be true to yourself became popular, but not adorning yourself be natural regularly, then you can enjoy your daily work.
BBQ was a great chance to notice that.
