箴言１０章

ソロモンの箴言 

賢い息子は父を喜ばせるが、愚かな息子は母の悲しみとなる。
2 悪の財宝は何の益もなく、義は死から救う。
3 主は正しい者の魂を飢えさせず、悪者の欲望を追い払われる。
4 ゆるやかな手をもってする者は貧しくなり、勤勉な者の手は富を得る。
5 賢い子は夏に収穫し、恥ずべき行いをする子は収穫の時に眠りこける。
6 正しい者の頭には祝福があり、悪者の口は暴虐をかくす。
7 正しい者の記憶は祝福のためにあるが、悪者の名は腐る。
8 心の賢い者は戒めを受けるが、愚かな者はほらを吹く。
9 直く歩む者は安全に歩むが、その道を曲げる者は見破られる。
10 目でまばたきする者は憂いを生じ、愚かなしゃべり手は倒れる。
11 正しい者の口は命の泉であるが、悪者の口は暴力を隠す。
12 憎しみは争いをおこし、愛はすべての罪をおおい隠す。
13 見識のある者のくちびるには、知恵があるが、知識のない者の背には、むち打ちがある。
14 賢者は知識を蓄えるが、愚かな者の口は破滅を招く。
15 富める者の富はその強い町であり、貧しい者の破滅はその貧しさである。
16 正しい者の報酬は命であり、悪者の増大は罪である。
17 訓戒を聞く者は人生の道にあり、戒めを捨て去る者は過ちを犯す。
18 憎しみを隠す者は偽りの唇を持つ者、中傷をする者は愚か者である。
19 ことばの多い者には罪がないが、くちびるを慎む者は知恵がある。
20 正しい者の舌は選び抜かれた銀のようであり、悪者の心はほとんど価値がない。
21 正しい者のくちびるは多くの人を養うが、愚かな者は悟りを得ないために死ぬ。
22 主の祝福は富ませるが、労苦はこれに加わらない。
23 愚かな者が悪を行うのはスポーツのようなものであり、分別のある者が知恵を得るのは、そのようなものである。
24 悪人の恐れることは、その上に臨み、正しい者の願うことは、その上に与えられる。
25 つむじ風が過ぎ去る時、悪者はもはやなく、正しい者は永遠の土台となる。
26 歯には酢のように、目には煙のように、怠け者はこれを送る者にたいして、そうである。
27 主を恐れることは日を延ばし、悪者の年は縮む。
28 正しい者の望みは喜びであるが、悪者の望みは滅びる。
29 主の道は正しい者には拠り所となり、不義を行う者には破滅となる。
30 正しい者は動かされることなく、悪者はその地に住むことがない。
31 正しい者の口は知恵が生まれ、悪しき舌は断たれる。
32 正しい者のくちびるは、受け入れられることを知り、悪者のくちびるは、すべて不愉快なものである。

1 ソロモンの箴言　知恵のある子は父を喜ばせ、愚かな子は母の悲しみである。
2 不義によって得た財宝は役に立たない。しかし正義は人を死から救い出す。
3 主は正しい者を飢えさせない。しかし悪物の願いを突き放す。
4 無精者の手は人を貧乏にし、勤勉な者の手は人を富ます。
5 夏のうちに集める者は思慮深い子であり、刈り入れ時に眠る者は恥知らずの子である。
6 正しい者の頭には祝福があり、悪者の口には暴虐を隠す。
7 正しい者の呼び名はほめたたえられ、悪者の名は朽ち果てる。
8 心に知恵のある者は命令を受け入れる。むだ口をたたく愚か者は踏みつけられる。
9 まっすぐに歩む者の歩みは安全である。しかし自分の道を曲げる者は思い知らされる。
10 目くばせする者は人を痛め、むだ口をたたく愚か者は踏みつけられる。
11 正しい者の口はいのちの泉。悪者の口は暴虐を隠す。
12 憎しみは争いを引き起こし、愛はすべてのそむきの罪をおおう。
13 悟りのある者のくちびるには知恵があり、思慮に欠けた者の背には杖がある。
14 知恵のある者は知識をたくわえ、愚か者の口は滅びに近い。
15 富む者の財産はその堅固な城。貧民の滅びは彼らの貧困。
16 正しい者の報酬はいのち。悪者の収穫は罪。
17 訓戒を大事にする者はいのちへの道にあり、叱責を捨てる者は迷い出る。
18 憎しみを隠す者は偽りのくちびるを持ち、そしりを口に出す者は愚かな者である。
19 ことば数が多いところには、そむきの罪がつきもの。自分のくちびるを制する者は思慮がある。
20 正しい者の舌はえり抜きの銀。悪者の心は価値がない。
21 正しい者のくちびるは多くの人を養い、愚か者は思慮がないために死ぬ。
22 主の祝福そのものが人を富ませ、人の苦労は何もそれを加えない。
23 愚かな者には悪事が楽しみ。英知のある者には知恵が楽しみ。
24 悪者の恐れていることはその身にふりかかり、正しい者の望みはかなえられる。
25 つむじ風が過ぎ去るとき、悪者はいなくなるが、正しい者は永遠の礎である。
26 使いにやる者にとって、なまけ者は、歯に酢、目に煙のようなものだ。
27 主を恐れることは日をふやし、悪者の年は縮められる。
28 正しい者の望みは喜びであり、悪者の期待は消えうせる。
29 主の道は、潔白な人にはとりでであり、不法を行う者には滅びである。
30 正しい者はいつまでも動かされない。しかし悪者はこの地に住みつくことができない。
31 正しい者の口は知恵を実らせる。しかしねじれた舌は抜かれる。
32 正しい者のくちびるは好意を、悪者の口はねじれごとを知っている。

 

主の祝福そのものが豊かにさせる。
そして、主はそれに悲しみを加えさせない。

The proverbs of Solomon. 
A wise son maketh a glad father; but a foolish son is the grief of his mother.
2 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing; but righteousness delivereth from death.
3 The LORD will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish; but He thrusteth away the desire of the wicked.
4 He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand; but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
5 A wise son gathereth in summer; but a son that doeth shamefully sleepeth in harvest.
6 Blessings are upon the head of the righteous; but the mouth of the wicked concealeth violence.
7 The memory of the righteous shall be for a blessing; but the name of the wicked shall rot.
8 The wise in heart will receive commandments; but a prating fool shall fall.
9 He that walketh uprightly walketh securely; but he that perverteth his ways shall be found out.
10 He that winketh with the eye causeth sorrow; and a prating fool shall fall.
11 The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life; but the mouth of the wicked concealeth violence.
12 Hatred stirreth up strifes; but love covereth all transgressions.
13 In the lips of him that hath discernment wisdom is found; but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.
14 Wise men lay up knowledge; but the mouth of the foolish is an imminent ruin.
15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city; the ruin of the poor is their poverty.
16 The wages of the righteous is life; the increase of the wicked is sin.
17 He is in the way of life that heedeth instruction; but he that forsaketh reproof erreth.
18 He that hideth hatred is of lying lips; and he that uttereth a slander is a fool.
19 In the multitude of words there wanteth not transgression; but he that refraineth his lips is wise.
20 The tongue of the righteous is as choice silver; the heart of the wicked is little worth.
21 The lips of the righteous feed many; but the foolish die for want of understanding.
22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and toil addeth nothing thereto.
23 It is as sport to a fool to do wickedness, and so is wisdom to a man of discernment.
24 The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him; and the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
25 When the whirlwind passeth, the wicked is no more; but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.
26 As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him.
27 The fear of the LORD prolongeth days; but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
28 The hope of the righteous is gladness; but the expectation of the wicked shall perish.
29 The way of the LORD is a stronghold to the upright, but ruin to the workers of iniquity.
30 The righteous shall never be moved; but the wicked shall not inhabit the land.
31 The mouth of the righteous buddeth with wisdom; but the froward tongue shall be cut off.
32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable; but the mouth of the wicked is all frowardness.
