北朝鮮の日本人拉致被害者とは比較できないほど大量の外国人らを、
国際法に反して、不法に犯罪人にして拉致監禁しています！
日本政府は日本人だけでなく、今も、多くの外国人に対し、
従軍慰安婦より深刻な人権侵害を今も続けています！
私は２０１０に不法に逮捕された、
「入管法違反幇助事件」の適用法違反について、当初は、「不法就労」の幇助罪については、
入管法に定めた、特別法である「不法就労助長罪」が、
一般法である刑法の幇助罪より優先するのが、
国際法を順守する立法趣旨であるから、法の論理で、
この法律で完結すべきであると主張したのです。
よって刑法幇助罪の適用は適用法誤りで不当であると主張したが、
東京地検は「持論である」として告訴を退けるのです。
起訴状に記載されている犯罪事実は、
中国人4人は、それぞれ飲食店で資格外活動を行った事実。
そして4人は「Ｌ社」から提供をうけた「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を提出して
在留資格の更新を受けた事実が記載されています。
事実であれば、入管法22条の４－４（在留資格取消）の幇助行為です。
