「ウクライナ戦争」によって、世界の人民は経済的に苦しい生活を余儀なくされています。トルコのエルドアン大統領は、国際的な経済の混乱を鎮めるために、「和平」を仲裁して下さい。しかし、「ミンスク合意」のような「嘘の合意」は意味がありません。

エルドアン大統領は、仲裁の前に、「ミンスク合意２」が遵守されなかった原因を「究明」することが必要があります。フランスとドイツが合意に立ち会ったにもかかわらず、合意が破られたことは大きな問題です。紛争を中断するだけの「形だけ」の「合意」は意味がありません。
