森山氏が答える、「こっちの推測が入ってしまう部分があるんで、その部分は言いづらい、ですね」。
裁判官は質問する、「推測」以外の部分ははっきり言えるんですか」。
森山氏が答える、「はい」、はっきり言える。
森山氏は「明確」に「発言」をしています。
森山氏の証言を採用しないのは不当です。
私の犯罪理由は「適用する法律」の誤りですから、書いていることは参考です。

日本はＥＵのように「外国人労働者」の問題で国を二分してはいけない。
