これらが二以上ある場合には直近のものをいうものとする。
以下この項において同じ。）の申請に係る本邦において行おうとする活動が虚偽のものでなく、
別表第一の下欄に掲げる活動
又は別表第二の下欄に掲げる身分若しくは地位を有する者としての活動のいずれかに該当するものとして、
当該上陸許可の証印等を受けたこと。
三　前二号に掲げるもののほか、偽りその他不正の手段により、上陸許可の証印等を受けたこと。
