ウクライナが「ミンスク合意」を守っていれば「ウクライナ戦争」は起きなかったのです。確かに「ミンスク合意」はウクライナに不利です。愛国心が強い、ウクライナの一部の過激派がロシア系の民族を襲撃するのは理解できます。ウクライナ政府は彼等を取り締まるべきだったのです。ゼレンスキー大統領は若すぎる！

しかしウクライナ政府は「反ロシアの過激派」を支援したのです。そして「米英」は「Nato」の名前で「ウクライナ」に武器を供与して「反ロシアの過激派」を支援したのです。プーチン大統領は「これは国内問題」だと言っていた。

私は「米英」はウクライナに関与するべきではなかったと思います。ウクライナを「狙っていた」のは中国です。私は中国とロシアで「覇権による戦争」が起こると心配していた。既に今年、「カザフスタン」では中国とロシアで「格闘」があった。

ウクライナは「親中」だったのです。２０１４年のロシアによるクリミア併合以降、中国がロシアに代わってウクライナ最大の貿易相手国となった。特にウクライナ製の兵器の輸出先は中国向けが圧倒的に多い。中国とウクライナは２０１３年末、友好協力条約を締結。両国は中国の１００億ドル以上の投資計画で合意して、ウクライナ側も「一帯一路」を全面支援した。

本来は「ロシアと中國」の戦争だったのです。ロシア軍が東部ウクライナに侵攻すれば、中国企業が進める農場建設計画も破綻してしまう。ロシアがウクライナを核で脅しをかけるなら、中国は友好協力条約に沿って、ウクライナの側に立たねばならない。

ウクライナを守るのは中國です。ロシアがウクライナに「核攻撃」をかけると中国は友好協力条約」によってウクライナを防衛します。米英がウクライナに武器を供与しているが、その武器は改良されて中国へ輸出されているのです。クレイジー！

すると、警察官や検察官はこう言いました。
「貴方は一般論で罪を認めるべきだ」。
一般論で処罰する国は日本だけです！
裁判官は「何ら関係のない論理」で因果関係をいいました（判決書を参照してください）

「起訴状」を見てください！当時は犯罪にはなりませんでした。
犯罪にならないから2017年に入管法を改正して処罰できるようにしました。
憲法39条により「遡及」して処罰することはできません。
日本を「日本を法の下で統治する国にしてください！
日本が「人権」を守る国にしてください！
米国人の被害者もいます。世界中にたくさんの被害者がいます。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。
罪名は、特別「公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽告訴罪」です。
検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を職権によって握りつぶしました。
よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
1)外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。
2)検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して刑法の60条および62条の
「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが「適用する法律の誤り」です。

私は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、
「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めます。

第３部。特別地帯の建設。
同盟国は「経済と安保」を「一体」にするべきだ！
最大の安全保障は中国製品に勝つことだ。そのためには
「移民や難民」を「特別地帯」で「暫定移民」として受け入れるべきです。
「暫定移民」は「特別地帯」に居住が制限されています。
「暫定移民」は「中国の労働者」より安い「低賃金の労働者」です。
しかし、仕事のない「彼ら」には「恵みの収入」です。
これにより私たちは中国の製品より安価な製品を市場に提供できます。

　プーチン大統領は25日、ロシアの文化功労者へのスピーチで「日本では追悼の日にも誰が原爆を落としたのかは言わないことになっている」などと発言しました。

　また、根拠は不明ながら「日本の教科書ではアメリカが虐殺行為を行ったと説明せず、真実を無視している」とも述べて、日本はアメリカに追従し、西側諸国は歴史認識を歪曲しているとの持論を展開しました。

　プーチン氏自らが日本への認識を示し、「アメリカに過度に配慮している国」だとロシア国民にアピールしたい意向があるとみられます。
