イーロン・マスク氏 個人資産の損失額でギネスブックに登録
「スペースX」と「テスラ」のトップを務め、米国の実業家で大富豪のイーロン・マスク氏は、日本のモバイル大手「ソフトバンク」の孫正義CEOが持っていた個人資産の損失額の世界記録を破ったことが分かった。今回、このマスク氏が打ち立てた記録が、ギネスブックに登録された。
この記録は、マスク氏にとってあまり喜ばしいものではない。ギネスの発表によると、この1年の間に、マスク氏の個人資産は一気に1830億ドル（約24兆1900億円）も減少した。マスク氏の資産のほとんどはテスラ株に関係しており、その株価は2022年に65％下落した。同氏がSNSのツイッターを約440億ドル（約5兆8170億円）で買収した後も、テスラ株の下落は続いた。
これまでの世界記録保持者だったソフトバンクの孫氏は、2000年に個人資産を586億ドル（約7兆7500億円）失った。

日本の朝:漁船からカラシニコフ2千丁 米海軍が拿捕 中東・オマーン湾

米海軍は10日までに、中東のオマーン湾で旧ソ連が開発した自動小銃カラシニコフ「AK-47」を2000丁以上積んだ漁船を拿捕したと明らかにした。
米海軍の発表によると、同軍は6日、オマーン湾の公海上で「AK-47」を計2116丁積んだ漁船を拿捕。この船はイランからイエメンに向かう海上ルートを航行していた。このルートはイエメン北部を実効支配するイスラム教シーア派の武装組織「アンサール・アッラー（フーシ派）」への密輸に従来から使われてきたといい、同軍は漁船がイランからフーシ派への武器密輸を試みていたとみなしている。
船とイエメン国籍の6人の乗組員はイエメンへ送還されるという。

米海軍のブラッド・クーパー中将は「今回の密輸はイランによる継続的な不安定化活動の一部分だ」と指摘し、対立するイランを批判した。
イエメンでは2015年から首都サナアを含む北部を実行支配するフーシ派と政府側の内戦が続いており、昨年4月初旬に一時停戦が成立。大統領は辞任し、国内の有力な政治家8人が参加する大統領指導部評議会にすべての権力を移譲されていた。だが10月以降、停戦の延長が合意できない状況が続いており、予断を許さない状況となっている。イランはかねてよりフーシ派を支援していると指摘されている。
