特に自国の濃縮能力が十分でない米国や日本にとっては天然ウランの転換、濃縮がエネルギー供給の急所になりかねない。エネルギー危機で、多くの国が、電力エネルギーを原発にシフトをしている。しかし、原発の濃縮ウランはロシアが握っている。

アメリカ最大の自動車市場といわれるカリフォルニア州では、2035年までにガソリン新車の販売が禁止される見込みとなる。原油がない。天然ガスがない。濃縮ウランがない。つまり、電力が不足する。それでも電気自動車が走れるの？

人々は、最近の「異常な気象」を「実感」しているので「脱炭素化」の流れは変えられないだろう。発電の原料は重油や石炭から、原発へと「シフト」をしている。西側はロシアに経済制裁をして原油や天然ガスの輸入を禁止した。それでエネルギー価格は驚異的に上昇している。

それで各国は、エネルギー政策の中心を原発に依存する政策に変更した。しかし、原発の濃縮ウランはロシアが握っていることを、多くの国民はしらない。濃縮ウランの価格も急騰している。クレイジー。ロシアへの経済制裁は世界の「国民の生活」を苦しめている。

私は、「バイデン政権」の「残りの期間」の時間を使って、「水素自動車」の残された課題を解決するべきだと思います。不可能を可能にするのが技術の世界です。人類は必ず解決すると思います。

水素自動車の燃料である水素は、「原発」の「水素工場」で「高圧水素のガスボンベ」に充填されます。この「高圧水素のガスボンベ」を私は「水素カートリッジ」と呼んでいます。「空の水素カートリッジ」は「既存」の「Ｇ／Ｓ」で、フルに充填の「水素カートリッジ」と「交換」します。

「水素カートリッジ」の交換は３分以内です。現在のガソリンの給油と同じ程度の時間です。既存の「G/S」の経営は従来通りです。タンクローリーの運転手の仕事は、「水素カートリッジ」の「配送」で残ります。そして「G/S」の労働者の仕事も残ります。

つまり、ガソリン車の生活が水素自動車に代わっても、便利さは、世界中で継続できます。自動車会社は、「水素自動車」で、「「ガソリン車」の利便性をそのまま移行させるべきです。たとえ、反逆の自動車会社がいたとしても、電気自動車は水素自動車には勝てません。
