France should build the "special zone of Algeria" independently. France should keep its distance from the EU. France cannot take the same action as other "EU countries" because the spirit of "freedom, equality and fraternity" is different.

Macron said the West should consider Russia's security needs if Russia agrees to talks to end the war in Ukraine. The French spirit of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity!

Embassy of France in Japan: Legacy of the century of Enlightenment, the motto “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity” was first raised during the French Revolution. The motto was disputed many times, but was finally accepted under the Third Republic. It was also enshrined in the 1958 Constitution and is today part of the National Heritage.

Ukraine and the Baltic countries all criticized "President Macron's comments." The “EU” has become a group of “same bed, different dreams”. They are completely different from the French idea of "liberty, equality and fraternity".

France should leave the ``EU'' and build a ``new Europe'' with countries that share ``liberty, equality and fraternity''. Of course, the "new Europe" includes "Russia".

France's former colonies hate France, just as "Ukraine and the Baltics" hate Russia. However, "peace" and "prosperity" will not come if we are fixated on historical issues.

France should establish a "special zone" in its former colony "Algeria". "Immigrants and refugees" who are flooding into Europe should be accepted as "temporary immigrants" in the "special zone of Algeria." See Part 3, Construction of Special Zones.

Africa's "migrants and refugees" want jobs. France should receive them in the spirit of "liberty, equality and fraternity". They will thank France.
 
The "Special Zone of Algeria" is the same as the "Special Zone of the Mexican Border". France does not have any areas within France to build "special zones". So we will build a special zone jointly with Algeria.

In the "special zone of Algeria" mainly French companies will build factories. The factory employs "temporary immigrants". Their wages are lower than those of Chinese workers.

"Immigrants and refugees" from African countries come to the "Special Zone of Algeria". Daily necessities such as food will be imported from France or procured from within Algeria.

In Algeria, "business operators" such as agricultural products, livestock products, marine products, and sundry goods to be shipped to "special zones" gather and prosper. Its prosperity is "chained" to Algeria's "surrounding countries".

In France, parts and materials with high added value will be produced and shipped to the "special zone of Algeria." Products produced in the "special zone of Algeria" are sold to the world market with high quality and low prices.

France to build a nuclear power plant in the "special zone of Algeria". The "electricity" of nuclear power plants not only produces hydrogen, but also produces "freshwater" from "seawater".

I was wondering about the "language of the special zone of Algeria". If France were to do the construction alone, the language of communication and education could be unified in "French".

マクロン大統領は、ロシアがウクライナ戦争の終結に向けた協議に合意した場合、西側諸国はロシアの安全保障の必要性を考慮すべきとコメントした。「自由、平等、友愛」のフランス精神だ！

在日フランス大使館：啓蒙の世紀の遺産である標語「自由、平等、友愛」は、フランス革命のときに初めて掲げられました。この標語は何度も問題にされましたが、第3共和政下でようやく認められました。1958年憲法にも明記され、今日では国家遺産の一部となっています。

「マクロン大統領のコメント」に対して、ウクライナやバルト諸国などが一斉に批判した。「ＥＵ」は「同床夢違」の集団になった。彼らはフランスの「自由、平等、友愛」の思想とは全く異なる。

フランスは「ＥＵ」を離れて、「自由、平等、友愛」を共有する国々と一緒に、「新しい欧州」を建設するべきだ。「新しい欧州」には「ロシア」を含むことは当然です。

「ウクライナやバルト諸国」がロシアを憎むように、フランスの旧植民地の国々はフランスに憎しみをもっている。しかし、歴史問題に拘っていたら「平和」と「繁栄」は来ない。

アフリカの「移民や難民」は仕事を求めている。フランスは「自由、平等、友愛」の精神で、彼らを受け入れるべきだ。彼らはフランスに感謝をするだろう。

「アルジェリアの特別地帯」は「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」と同じです。フランスはフランス国内に「特別地帯」を建設する地域がない。だからアルジェリアと共同でと特別地帯」を建設します。

私は「アルジェリアの特別地帯の言語」について悩んでいました。フランスが単独で建設をするのであれば、会話や教育は「フランス語」に統一できます。

「アルジェリアの特別地帯」の「暫定移民」は、「フランスの在留資格」（暫定移民）を与えます。暫定移民は条件を満たせば、将来は「フランスの労働移民」の資格を与えます。そしてフランス国籍を得る道もあります。

フランスの旧植民地の市民は、ウクライナのように武力でフランスを攻撃しない。フランスは「自由、平等、友愛」の精神で旧植民地の人々と、繁栄する国家を選ぶべきです。
