The Kishida Cabinet revised three security-related documents, including the National Se-curity Strategy. The government announced a policy to increase its defense capability by pouring an enormous amount of 43 trillion yen into the defense budget over the next five years.

Many Japanese people are against the tax increase. suffering from inflation. Japanese salaries have not increased for 30 years.

Prime Minister Kishida receives an unusual "hospitality" from Biden, but can the Kishida administration really realize the "significant expansion of defense capabilities" that he has made a gift to the United States?

Japan is a debtor country more than Italy. Public opinion in Japan is shaken by financial resources.

At the end of last year, we just decided to raise defensive taxes on "income tax", "corpo-ration tax" and "tobacco tax" on the grounds of "national security". However, this time, he says, "Let's raise the consumption tax" as a countermeasure against the "declining birthrate."

The Chinese government has effectively abolished birth control, but the declining birthrate continues unabated.

The percentage of Chinese men aged 60 or over, the legal retirement age, was 19.8%, an increase of 0.9 percentage points. A decline in the number of workers could become a drag on medium- to long-term economic growth.

France is a country that has struggled with declining birthrates for a century. We are try-ing to face the declining birthrate problem by solving problems related to childbirth and childcare one by one and constantly working to reform and improve family policies.

Regarding the declining birthrate problem, Japan and China should learn from France.

The US "provoked" the war in Ukraine. The Biden administration is “inciting” “a sense of crisis in the world situation” and “requiring” countries to “increase military spending”.

However, like Japan, there is no "money" in any country. Priority should be given to countermeasures against the declining birthrate.

There is no “limit” to increasing defense spending. It is said that there will be a space war in the future. EMP countermeasures are urgently needed in each country.

Even in the United States, "EMP countermeasures" are "give up". In spite of that, they are waging the “Ukraine War” with their weapons. It's crazy.

"EMP measures" require unimaginable "money". The same is true for China and Russia. It is necessary to review the infrastructure and "product making" that have existed so far. It is impossible to implement “security measures” on the premise of war.

That is why I am proposing the "establishment" of a "G3 military alliance" by the three countries of "the United States, China, and Russia." First, the security of the three coun-tries should be established through the G3 Military Alliance.

Once the "G3 Military Alliance" is established, there will be no need for the armed forces of each country. It will be an army that is "like a border patrol". The military spending of each country will be greatly reduced.

The military spending of the "G3 military alliances and associate members" will also be reduced. The military budgets that have been reduced in each country should be used for "countermeasures against the declining birthrate and aging population." The standard of living in each country will improve dramatically.

It is important to support the lives of "immigrants and refugees" around the world. If we leave them alone, it will become an uneasy society.

Developed countries should establish a "special zone" in the world and accept "immi-grants and refugees." Achieving these goals is the skill of politicians.

少子化対策は、問題がありすぎる。対策をしたくても「カネ」がない。

岸田内閣は、国家安全保障戦略など安保関連3文書を改訂。今後5年間で43兆円という巨費を防衛費に注ぎ込む防衛力の増強方針を打ち出した。

多くの日本国民は「増税」に反対しています。インフレで苦しんでいます。日本人の給料は３０年間も上がりません。

岸田総理がバイデンから異例の「おもてなし」を受けるが、アメリカへの手土産にした「防衛力の大幅拡大」を岸田政権は本当に実現できるのか。

日本はイタリア以上の借金国です。財源で日本の世論は揺れています。

昨年末に“国の安全”を理由に「所得税」「法人税」「たばこ税」の防衛増税を決めたばかり。しかし今度は「少子化」対策で「消費税」まで「上げよう」と言う。

消費税率を何％上げるつもりなのか。政府・与党が内々に計算している増税額は10兆円だという。

財源不足は合わせて10兆円。消費税率を最低でも14％に上げないとまかなえない金額だ。

東京都、18歳以下に月5000円給付へ。所得制限設けず。第2子の保育料無償化も検討。出生率念頭なら未婚率も考慮を。

少子化対策は、問題がありすぎる。対策をしたくても「カネ」がない。

中国国家統計局が１月17日発表した2022年末の総人口は14億1175万人で、21年末から85万人減った。61年ぶりに減少した。2年連続で1949年の建国以来の最少を記録した。

中国政府は産児制限を事実上廃止したが少子化に歯止めがかからない。

中国の男性の法定退職年齢である60歳以上の比率は19.8%で0.9ポイント上がった。働き手の減少は中長期の経済成長の足かせになりかねない。

フランスは、1世紀にわたり少子化に取り組んできた国です。出産育児にかかわる問題をひとつづつ解決し、たえず家族政策の改革、改善に取り組むことにより、少子化問題に向き合おうとしています。

少子化問題について、日本や中国はフランスを見習うべきです。

アメリカはウクライナ戦争を「誘発」した。バイデン政権は「世界情勢の危機感」を「煽り」、各国に「軍事費の増大」を「要求」している。

しか日本のように、どの国も「カネ」がない。優先すべきは「少子化」対策です。

防衛費の増額は「際限」がない。今後は宇宙戦争になるとい言われている。各国は「EMP」対策が急務になっている。

アメリカでさえ「EMP対策」は「ギブアップ」している。そのくせ兵器で「ウクライナ戦争」をしている。クレイジーだ。

「EMP対策」に、想像を絶する「カネ」が必要だ。中国やロシアも同じだ。今までのインフラや「製品作り」を根本から見直す必要がある。戦争を前提の「安保対策」は無理です。

だから私は、「米国・中国・ロシア」の３国による「Ｇ３　軍事同盟」の「設立」を提案している。まず３国の安全保障を「Ｇ３軍事同盟」で確立するべきだ。

北朝鮮は「Ｇ３　軍事同盟」の準加盟国するべきだ。「ＮＡＴＯ」は解体して「EC軍」を設立して、「Ｇ３軍事同盟」の準加盟国するべきだ。

「Ｇ３軍事同盟」が確立されると、各国の軍隊は必要がなくなる。「国境警備のような」な軍隊になるだろう。各国の軍事費は大幅に低減するだろう。

「Ｇ３軍事同盟や準加盟国」の軍事費も低減されるだろう。各国で低減された軍事予算は「少子化・高齢化対策」に使うべきだ。各国の国民生活は飛躍的に向上するだろう。

世界の「移民・難民」の生活を支援することが重要です。彼らを放っておけば、不安な社会になる。

先進国は世界に「特別地帯」を建設して、「移民・難民」を受け入れるべきだ。これらを実現するのが、政治家だのスキルだ。
