今回、「就労パスポート」といったものを来年度中に厚生労働省が導入。
理由に、精神障害者の就職支援のために、厚生労働省は一人ひとりの障害の状況などを盛り込んだ、就労や就職に向けた情報共有のパスポートを作成するという。
目的として、精神障害者等本人が自らの希望に基づき、支援機関からの支援を受けながら、このパスポートを作成。
このパスポートは、ハローワークによって作成の予定。
本人の職業上の特徴や配慮が必要な事項を載せたこのパスポートを通して、支援機関を通じ、事業所や企業に就職した際の職場への連携と繋げたい模様。
就職後も状況確認と、職場定着に向けての支援も必要に応じて把握していく予定。
但し、これらはプライバシーにも関わることから、慎重に対応する方針とのこと。

Ministry of health, labour and welfare is going to introduce "Employment Passport" in the next fiscal year.
The reason is to employment support for people with mental disorders, ministry of health, labour and welfare

For reasons, this passport will be issued by taking support from support organizations
according to the people who have mental disorders.
The passport will be issued by Hello Work.
The government is trying to connect these people to employment through support organizations, using the passport which has occupational features and items that require consideration.
The government is plannig to deal with the support that to be required circumstance comfirmation after emloyed
and support extending to job retention.
However, it's related to privacy deeply, so the government will take care of it carefully.
