Has the time gotten better or worse?

We use time to improve ourselves. In this way, I’d say that our future depends on what each of us does today. Individually, we make time better or worse.
Personally, I’d say that for me, time has gotten better. About five years ago, I started studying English. At the time, my English wasn’t very good, but I had a clear goal in mind. I wanted to get a job that used English. Since that time I have been studying English really hard.
After studying English for two years, I was able to get a job using English. I consider this to be one of the many benefits I attribute to English. Another benefit of studying English has been the opportunity to make foreign friends. In this point, English provided me with many wonderful things: a job, friends, and various experiences.
By improving myself and my ability to speak English, time has gotten better for me. In other words, I changed time for the better by changing myself.
It is difficult. I will tell you one example about it.
Whenever I speak to my friends in English, I have difficulty expressing my feelings. I also make a lot of mistakes. In this kind of situation, I always feel very frustrated and hesitate to continue speaking English. These situations are always difficult, but they are also one of the best ways to study English. Unfortunately one can not learn a language without making mistakes. So, keeping my goals in mind, I have continued to study and speak English. As a result my English keeps getting better and better.
In conclusion, you can make the time better or worse. It’s really up to you.
Whether the time has gotten better or worse depends on how you spend it everyday. It’s definitely easier to make a plan for the next day than for the next five years. But if you have a clear goal of what you want to be in the future, and make every effort to obtain it, you won’t get lost in the process.
Personally, I always try to think about my future, and do whatever I need to to reach my goals. It’s not easy. I feel like I’m fighting against myself everyday. It can be very frustrating, but it’s worth doing. Before I make excuses, I will just do it and keep on moving towards my goals. I hope in the next five years I will be able to say “Time has gotten even better.”
Thank you.
