If you stay longer than 3months, you can ged ID freely.
They have a many language of pamphlet that how can you make your ID card.
You go in and make a raight. It was near by bathroom(toilet).

If you not, you have to pay around $20 to rent something.

But you can go in free, and they have many tapes, Videos, books and PC.
And you can use them inside even if you don't have ID.
So you can study more English or manythings there.

The building has some cheep cafe.
So enjoy it, too.
