大統領は、世界最大の排出国の中国が13年間も排出を増やしてよい協約は不公平だ！温暖化対策の基金を中国が出さないのは不公平だ。石炭労働者の仕事を奪うのは選挙公約に反するとして離脱したのです。アメリカ国民が今後も中国の排出を増やすことに賛成とはクレイジーです。
