日本の安倍首相宛てに、人権を尊重して「法の下での統治、国際法に沿った司法行政を行うように」
そして「個人通報制度」を批准するように指摘する書簡を送付してください。
以下は、本日、トランプ大統領や世界のメディ大使館、国会議員などへ送信したメールです。
2017-06-15:トランプ大統領へのメール：地球の温暖化対策は、地球上のあらゆる国が気候温暖化対策をするべきで、特定の国を特別扱いしてはならないと思います。最大の排出国である中国には毎年増大を許し、さらに温暖化防止の基金にも資金を拠出しなくて良いなんてクレイジーです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
アメリカが「パリ協定」からの離脱を表明してから初めてのＧ７環境相会議でしたが閉幕しました。アメリカのＣＯ２排出量は２００７年をピークに減少傾向にあり、１５年は１９９４年とほぼ同水準に下がっている。アメリカは今後も対策を実施すると言う。
６か国は、中国が欧州と共にリーダーシップを発揮してくれることを確信していると言う。しかし６か国と中国の合計排出量は、毎年増大することは間違いない。それは６か国の排出量の削減より中国の排出量の増大のほうがはるかに大きいからです。なんとクレイジーな「パリ協定」だ！これでは排出量の増大のための「パリ協定」だ！クレイジーだ！
私は、地球の温暖化対策は、あらゆる国が気候温暖化対策を行うべきで、特定の国を特別扱いしてはならないと思います。最大の排出国である中国には毎年増大を許し、温暖化防止の基金にも拠出しなくて良いなんてクレイジーです。これでは気候温暖化対策なんてできません。６か国は中国に媚びることをやめ、あらゆる国が平等に温暖化対策を行う方向にすべきです。トランプ大統領の判断は正しいと思います。
人権侵害だって中国には特別扱いです。軍事大国である中国を特別扱いするのはやめるべきです。基本的人権が尊重される世界にするために、トランプ大統領ガンバレ！
日本は不法就労する外国人と、彼ら雇用した者を平等に厳しく処分する法律になっていますが、警察官らが、彼らを雇用する経営者と癒着して外国人だけを刑事処分しています。これは、日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。私は、２０１０年「入管法違反幇助事件」日本政府から受けた不法な扱いに対して、国連のOHCHRに「個人通報制度」で提訴したいが、日本は「個人通報制度」の批准をしていません。提出書類は下記にあります。http://www.miraico.jp/?????/ 日本へ「個人通報制度」の批准勧告と国際刑事裁判所への提訴を支援してください。大統領に、幸多かれと祈る！敬具、
外国人の不法就労に対して、従来は日本法や国際法に反して、
不法就労させた事業者は入管法の「不法就労助長罪」で刑事処分せずに、
不法就労した（不法就労させられた）外国人だけを恣意的に罰金刑で刑事処分して国外強制退去処分させていました。
上記の「入管法違反幇助事件」や２０１４年、２０１５年のフィリッピン大使館不法就労違反事件では、
不法就労させた事業者を入管法の「不法就労助長罪」で刑事処分せずに、
不法就労した外国人だけを不法就労罪（資格外活動）で懲役刑（執行猶予）の刑事処分にして国外強制退去処分にしました。
そして、不法就労とは直接関係ない、雇用契約書を提供した者を、不法就労に対する幇助行為をしたとして、
刑法の「幇助罪」で刑事処分しました。日本に罪刑法定主義に従うように勧告してください。
幇助罪の適用は不法で法の論理に反するものです。
日本では「風が吹けば桶屋が儲かる」論法と言いますが、「こじつけ」ですから、
無理やり、不当に、不法に、犯罪を押し付ける論法です。
嘘ではありません。「入管法違反幇助事件」の判決書の「因果関係」を見てもらえばわかります。
これでは、組織犯罪処罰法の一部を改正するために提案された法案、いわゆる「共謀罪」が成立すると、
どんな行為も、幇助罪と組み合わせれば「共謀罪」で処分できます。
また、「風が吹けば桶屋が儲かる」論法で、どんな事象でも捜査できます。
そして、この事件では、テレビや新聞などのメディアで情報操作をしています。
日本のメディアは警察や検察から情報を貰って記事にすることで仕事をしていますから従順です。
「儒教」の論理で動いていますので、上位の者には逆らいません。
記事と事実は全く違います。
国民には、入管法で規定する外国人の不法就労「不法就労罪」に対して、不法就労を幇助したとして、
「不法就労助長罪」で逮捕したかのように報道させますが、
実際は、外国人の不法就労に対して、刑法の「幇助罪」で逮捕しました。
「不法就労助長罪」では逮捕できないので、国民が法に疎いことを悪用して騙したのです。
「起訴状」の訴因では、入管法の「虚偽の文書の提出」に対する幇助行為ですが、
「虚偽の文書の提出」行為は、行政処分ですので、幇助者を処分できないので、
一般法である刑法の「幇助罪」を適用したのです。
また、日本は検察に「起訴独占権」を与えていますので、
検察が「告訴状や告発状」を受理しなければ刑事事件にできません。
この事件は、警察官や検察官が不法行為をしていますので、検察は「告訴状や告発状」を受理しません。
これでは法に下での統治とは言えません。
日本に「告訴状や告発状」を受理するように勧告してください。
こうした理由で、国連のOHCHRに「個人通報制度」で告訴したくとも、日本は批准していないので、
OHCHRは対応できません。
国連人権理事会として、日本の不法な統治をやめるように勧告してください。

The amount of CO2 emissions in the US has been on a downward trend with peaks in 2007, and has declined to almost the same level as in 1994 in 15 years. The United States will continue to implement countermeasures.
Six countries are convinced that China will demonstrate leadership with Europe. However, the total emissions of six countries and China are sure to increase every year. That is because the increase in China's emissions is far greater than the reduction of emissions in six countries. What a crazy 'Paris Agreement'! This is a "Paris Agreement" for increasing emissions! It's crazy!
I think that countermeasures against global warming on the earth should be taken by all countries to take measures against climate change, and I think that it should not treat special countries certainly. Japan has become a law to dispose illegally working foreigners and those employed harshly and severely, but police officers have been affixed to management employing them and criminalized only foreigners . Contrary to Japanese law and international law against foreigners' illegal employment,
