日本政府は「外国人に対する不法な拉致監禁問題」を認めません。
検察は、「不法に就労」した外国人を「逮捕・監禁」しています。
そして「刑事処分」をおこない「母国」へ「送還」しています。
雇用者が「刑事処分」されないので国際法違反です。
「刑事処分」された外国人の多くは無罪です。

日本の司法の実態
私および中国人、フィリピン人らは、「罪刑法定主義」に照らすと、
なんら犯罪人にされることはありません。私たちは日本政府の人権侵害を許しません。
しかし私が「罪刑法定主義」を検察官らに言うと、検察官ら「法の論理」で説明できない。
彼らは私を「二級の国民」の扱いします。彼らは私を侮辱そして恫喝します。
彼らが「ヤクザ」だったら警察を呼びます！

メディアは日本政府の入管法違反問題で「不法な拉致監禁問題」を報道すべきです。
各国政府は自国の被害者を守ってください。
日本政府に名誉の回復と賠償を請求してください。
留学や観光、就労などのビザで来日した外国人はたくさんいます。
