読売新聞によると、韓国と北朝鮮の閣僚級会談が９日午前、
軍事境界線上の共同警備区域「板門店パンムンジョム」で始まった。

南北の当局者による会談は、２０１５年１２月の次官級以来約２年ぶりで、
昨年発足した韓国の文在寅ムンジェイン政権では初めて。

会談で北朝鮮側は、
２月９日に韓国で開幕する平昌ピョンチャン冬季五輪に参加する意向を正式に表明した。

北朝鮮の参加で、平昌冬季五輪期間中は、核やミサイル発射がない事だけは確定しました。
各国の選手は安心してオリンピックに参加できます。

韓国と北朝鮮の閣僚級会談において、核・ミサイルの開発放棄まで発展することを願います。
そのためには、北朝鮮人民のために多少の経済支援は仕方ないと思います。

トランプ大統領の強気の対北朝鮮経済制裁策の成果だと思います。

イランの反政府デモへの人道上の支援を約束したように、
北朝鮮人民への人道上の支援もお願いします。

世界は自由と民主主義そして法の下での支配を待っています。
