本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。

入管法の不法就労に対する幇助罪は、刑法幇助罪でなく、
特別法として入管法に「不法就労助長罪」が制定されており、
本来この法律を適用することで完結すべきです。

しかし、国会の立法趣旨に反して、事業者を処罰せず、
外国人だけを不法に逮捕監禁し、恣意的に不法就労罪で刑事処分を行っています。
明確に、国際法に反した司法行政を行っています。

この事件では犯罪事実として、正犯が内容虚偽の書類（雇用契約書）をＬ社から受けて、
東京入管に提出して在留資格を更新した事実を記載しています。

この行為は入管法22条の４ー４（在留資格取り消し）の行政処分行為に対する幇助行為を述べています。

しかし適用法を、不法就労（資格外活動）に対して、
刑法の幇助罪を適用していますので、刑法３１条に反します。
この事実は日本の不法な司法の実態が明らかにしています。

当事件では、司法関係者はマスコミと共謀し情報操作をして、
国民には「不法就労助長罪」に規定する行為をしたので逮捕したように広報するが、
起訴状は殺人罪の幇助罪適用と同じよ言うに、
入管法の不法就労に対して、一般法である刑法の幇助罪が適用しています。
私は実刑を受け、すべてを無くしました。
