I noticed I have developed a beer belly yesterday.
On average, my weight is about 61kg but it has become around 63kg without realizing.
I always walk everyday 7km round trip(40minutes x2) from my house o the office.
I wonder it isn't enough....Anyway I haven't drank beer since yesterday.
And I ran outside over 10km to pull in my belly after workout at the gym today.
