ウイルスをなだめむと孫アマビエ絵
このかわゆくも優しそうな妖怪の絵は、小学2年の孫娘が昨年５月に描きました。この時、ウィルスと折り合える日が早く来ることを、孫と共に願っていました。孫の描いたアマビエさんのお蔭か、ようやく日本ではコロナウィルス感染者数が減少する兆しが見え始めました。まだまだ気を緩めることはできませんが、医療従事者の方々を始めとするライフインフラを支えてくれていただいておられる方々に感謝しつつ、希望をもって日々の巣籠生活を楽しく過ごして行けたらと思っています。
This figure, AMABIE is a kind of specters of Edo era, however drawn cute and with kindly face by my granddaughter. It has become suddenly popular in Japan which faces now serious threat of the COVIT-19.
This specter is said to have told the people of the day as follows;
The epidemic will come soon. In order to end up the epidemic, draw pictures of my figure and spread them around the country.
With my granddaughter’s AMABIE, I pray for the end of the pandemic COVIT-19 as soon as possible.
