Do you think Japanese food is really healthy?

Yes, I think, by and large, Japanese food is healthy.
For example, natto and miso soup are traditional Japanese fermented foods made from soybeans.
Natto contains many kinds of nutrients and all the essential amino acids.
It is comparable to meat or dairy products as a protein source.
And miso soup is easy on my stomach especially soon after getting up.
