Bartenderschool

I went to bartender school for a week.
I have good skill of English, so I was thinking I just get a certificate, but I could make it. I got a license to be a bartender in NY.

There was 8 people students and I was only Japanease.

At first, we started make a shot by 4 counts.

We use a water and water with many colors.
We learned about 200 cocktail, shot, beer, wine and so on.

In USA, you can't sell alclhol if you don't have a license.

You can drink or buy if you are over 20, but you can get the license if you were 18.
Isn't make a sense? Because how do you taste the cocktail if you were under 20.

The schedule was hard for me, because it was started from 9 to 17:30. And we only have 30minits for lunch.

The last day(Fri.) we took writing and listening test!
I didn't have good skill of English, but teacher help you. And I couldn't catch we have to memorize just 20. So...I tried offer my teacher, you can order me anything you want, but I see my book. He said OK. And I could get a license. I made all cocktail pretty fast.
