先日のサロン・ド・ショコラで試食したファアグラのパテとチョコレート＆イチジクのチャツネを家でも試してみました。
聞いた時は『変な気見合わせかな
』と思いましたが、食べてみると意外と合います
ファアグラのしつこさを果物の酸味とチョコレートの甘味でまろやかにする感じでしょうか。
偶然ですが今日、立ち寄ったレストラン
で隣の人が、それらしき組み合わせで食べてました。この食べ方ひょっとして
流行っているのでしょうか？
